We stayed 2 nights as part of a tour and could not have been more pleased. It is a bumpy 20 minute drive to the "camp" but worth it for the views and sittings of mountain zebras. Staff greeted us with cool washcloths and big smiles. Attentive staff. Great food. Note though that not all rooms have electrical outlets so...

Dear Dickson0202, Thank you for the beautiful review, we are delighted to see how much you enjoyed your stay with us and glad to see the bumping drive from the airstrip was worth it. You are correct, as the camp is solar powered and therefore somewhat limited the guest tents do not have power points (only charging facilities are available...

We spent two nights at Damaraland Camp and really enjoyed it. It is very remote and with just 10 rooms/houses, it is very peaceful and in a beautiful location. The Damaraland area is pure, raw beauty. There is no phone signal or internet access available so be aware of that if you can’t live without it. Each house is situated...

I have heard about Wilderness Safaris for years - and finally I was fortunate to stay in their camps this month. Damaraland Camp was absolutely fantastic and 1 night there was not long enough. I wish I had stayed for at least 3! The best part of the experience was the incredible team that works there. The "singing" girls -...

We stayed at the lodge for two nights in early October. Can't say enough about the very, very, very capable and friendly staff. Accommodations were great, but only surprised by the excellent, knowledgeable and very engaging staff. It's a trek to get out of the lodge area to the safari area, but well worth it for the experience of both....

We stayed at Damaraland for two nights, 10 & 11 June 2016. There are ten thatched chalets. The chalets are spacious with king size bed, ceiling fan above the bed, en-suite bathroom, indoor shower. Toiletries were provided (liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). Although wildlife viewing in Damaraland isn’t as great as other places in Namibia or Botswana, this camp...

We stayed at Damaraland Campt for two nights in June, as much for the ever-changing, starkly beautiful scenery as for the animal life. We were not disappointed.
