Pro's: The resort itself was beautiful. The pools were clean and the rooms were fantastic with air conditioning. They offered a boat to nosy sakati everyday for a lovely beach free of charge. The receptionists spoke anywhere from OK to passable English but were always very willing to help and we cannot say enough good things about the 3 ladies we met behind the reception desk. Cons: it is definitely geared toward Italian tourists here (everyone spoke Italian but only 1 waiter was fluent in English) which is fine but maybe should he clarified before English speaking tourists stay here. We were also almost the only guests who did not book half or full board, and the restaurant staff seemed upset about this. We did dine at the restaurant 3 times: once was good, the other 2 were not. We think maybe they cook the food ahead of time and simply reheat the food when you're seated for lunch. The one time we tried to order cocktails the bartender pretty much ignored us until finally 30 minutes later we went up and asked for beer instead (it turns out he didn't have ingredients for cocktails). All in all, we would not stay here again because it's a bit secluded and every other restaurant we went to on the island was fantastic and also cheaper. The facilities are nice but not the place for us.

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were big and clean. The pool was nice. But the restaurant was mediocre, with a terrible drinks selection (bad wine, no mixed drinks!). The bar at the other end of the property was functional at best, with half of the items on their menu not available. The beach front at the far end of the property was tiny. The staff was friendly, but seemed to have a problem with math when it came to the bill. And they didn't seem to really know what was included in the excursions they offered. I would not go back.

The hotel has an exotic feel, with nice rooms spread out on both sides of the pools. Well kept gardens, and friendly staff. There are however multiple missing light bulbs and other issues that the staff are incapable of solving. Wifi is not available in all the rooms. Breakfast is ok, but you have to repeatedly ask for things like butter. Dinner is not worth staying in for. The location is a good 25 minutes outside town. We enjoyed our stay, though we ate out all evenings after the first.

Been here twice, it's good for location. The group has 2 hotels in Nagpur. Both are good for short trips but not great in services though it says Family hotel, it lacks that feel. Lot of Scope for improvement starting with upkeep of rooms, the breakfast served, staff training, etc. Could have missed my train due to negligence of staff, will sure unforgettable experience to end the trip.

This is a peaceful property that is great for a relaxing holiday with tons of excursion options. Great pools (one for children and one for adults), as well as lovely gardens. Rooms are simple, not basic, and on the large side. I liked the outside area with sofas. Shower has great hot water and strong pressure. The bed is not that comfortable but ok. AC is decent. The beach at the hotel is disappointing and you are not able to swim here. This said the hotel offers a free shuttle everyday to Nosy Saka - Danae beach - which is fantastic. There is a wonderful coral reef there to explore (take your snorkeling equip). The food at Alberto’s place there is really excellent, have lunch there and spend the day. Without a doubt the best part of this hotel is the service and staff. They are friendly, attentive and quick to solve any issue, they are all about service. Tiana (manager) runs things exceptionally well and is VERY helpful. Same goes for Stefano, he is not only very friendly but quick to help and sort out things. There are other hotels on this beach but I would stay here again.
