This was our second visit to the Gambia and this hotel after a four year gap, such a beautiful country in many ways, yes ok not the best infastructure by any stretch but it's a poor African nation so you must respect that. Sadly the hotel reflects the country as a whole, cheap cheerful, but very tatty round the edges....

Next to the beach, rooms cleaned daily with fresh linen. wonderful staff especially Lamin on reception, they will provide anything you ask and sort any problems immediately. I love this hotel the staff are great the food totally eatable. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday but you can vary what you have boiled egg fried egg omelette cheese. we spent the new year at the hotel.
