Stayed at the Savannah House Inn for 3 nights. It was clean and pretty comfortable. The bedding was really soft & comfortable. There are a couple areas that could use some improvement - the main one being the venetian blinds in the rooms. My husband walked by the front in the evening and could see inside the rooms easily. Also,... More

A wonderful place in the center of the Finger Lakes! The Savannah House Inn is a breath of fresh air. Pat and Brenda were wonderful hosts and made you feel like a long time friend. The rooms were incredibly clean and each one was decorated beautifully and each had its own personality. The beds were very comfortable. Brenda would have a... More

Stayed at the Savannah House Inn for 3 nights. This place is exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, good location and affordable. Brenda couldn't have been a sweeter hostess. We stayed in the lavender room. You can see the little touches, room spray & hand soap are lavender, to keep with the theme, different types of books (which... More

The hospitality of the owners Pat and Brenda was very friendly and they suggested places to eat and things to do. The room was spotless , however the air conditioner was a little noisy, but did not keep us awake. Coffee and tea provide in the mornings free of charge. I think it would have been nice if there had... More

My husband and I stayed at the 37 Seneca Street cottage in May. We had such a relaxing, peaceful weekend! The cottage was so charming and we were happy we could bring our dogs! Very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, but it was just us so it was great. Linens provided were spectacular! View was great!!!! Hope to... More

The Savannah House is family owned and operated by a wonderful couple (Jack & Brenda). They are incredibly welcoming and reside on-sight, so they are happy to assist with anything. The rooms are imaculate and the grounds so charming with a panoramic view of the lake. In fact, the grounds are actually decorated with some of the parting gifts from... More

The web site looked great however the room accommodations were poor. The room air conditioner was portable and loud, could hardly hear the TV. Room temp barley hit 74 degrees. Window blinds next to small queen bed (king not available) was broken such that we had no privacy from other quests walking by the window. Room smelled musty. There was... More

Guest stayed 2 nights along with 2 other couples who are friends of guest. Each room has a queen bed - a normal queen bed, and we do not advertise having any king beds. We've never heard of a 'small' queen bed. There are several photos of our rooms and all have the same queen beds. In 9 years no... More

The innkeepers are exceptionally hospitable and helped us navigate the region with great recommendations for places that locals eat and must-dos. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the campfires with other guests both nights. Comfortable accommodations and beautiful property located in the midst of really good wineries, breweries and farm country. Very peaceful.

When you first pull in it's like going into the 1960's. Was greeted by Pat and he talked for a while -then showed us our room --typical 60's size room--a large room with attached bath room, but Brenda did a marvelous job of creating a very special southern charm atmosphere- and it was VERY clean. Each room had a different... More

It looks like a quaint 1960's motel but inside is pure Southern County charm. Rooms are charmingly appointed and clean. Hosts, Pat and Brenda were friendly and helpful. We left as friends. Be sure to meet Winston. Poli and Josie. I would go back again, for sure.

The Savannah House Inn on Seneca Lake opened in July 2008, and is uniquely decorated in a southern cottage style décor. Our rooms are private, exceptionally clean, and our guests have commented that the rooms feel like oxygen, fresh air, and like home. They often say that their sleep was the best they had experienced in a long time.
