This place is the worst place I ever stayed in my life. It has big black ants, no phone in room, no maid service, and a sickening mildew smell in the room. When I got home all of my belongings smelled of mildew. The sad part is the price is way too high for a dump like this.

First, let me say that I do a lot of traveling so I always stay in cheap hotels to save money. I also have never written a review before but this place was so bad I feel that people should be warned. The pictures they have on their website make it look reasonable but it doesn’t look close to that...

Pluses: the price was right (included free morning breakfast with a bagel with cream cheese and a small coffee; could also select a wide range of other items for $3.50 off of decent prices. Good location for driving to Mohonk Mountain the next morning Staff was friendly and seemed to try to please. Somehow there was a snafu with someone...

Avoid this place. Loud and unsafe area. Outside door didn't shut tight. No housekeeping unless you ask for it, which we were unaware of. Free breakfast is a lie. Didn't feel comfortable here. Couldn't wait to get out.

The hotel is a 2 star hotel and it provides ok value for the price. I'm a former resident of the area and the hotel is 1 of several low budget hotels in the area. The location has never been great, but it's not horrible. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and amenities like a microwave, fridge, coffee...

The woman at the check in desk was very nice, and actually gave us a choice of rooms. We did reserve rooms with queen beds when making reservations but then were told they weren't available. She did explain that " they had just taken over in August." BUT....the room we stayed in had filthy walls and floors. We found two...

Under new-ownership, trust worthy, welcoming, pleasant and friendly! Rooms recently remodeled, new mattresses, fresh paint, crisp clean linens, hardwood floors. Affordable place to rest your head. Had a great experience for the entire stay.

BED BUG ALERT! BED BUG ALERT! I checked in on Friday, August 21, and like I do in all hotels, checked the bed for bugs and found one, immediately. I went back to reception and told them I needed a full refund, which they granted. The attendant did not seem surprised or concerned when I told him about the bedbugs....

This was by far the worst motel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were disgusting. The sheets were scratchy. The mattresses were old and sagging. The bedspreads were worn and looked like they had burn marks. The bathroom was "remodeled" with a glass shower enclosure. Which wasn't safe, because the water went from burning to freezing with no warning,...
