Here, what you see is what you get: a clean and reliable place to stay, friendly staff, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable getaway. Our inn has been a staple of the town for decades. It was previously owned by John’s father, and our purchase in 2016 brought it back into the family. Since then, we’ve refurbished it to make it even more well-equipped and beautiful. We look forward to welcoming you, and we’re happy to be a part of your journey.

Your stay begins with a welcoming and friendly hostess. Enjoy the beautiful plants and flowers along the walkway as you head to your reasonably-priced room. Your room will be modern, clean, and cute. It seems like everything is new and very clean. Your room has a television, mini fridge, microwave and table with chairs. The ENTIRE property is well-maintained. (And you fellow TripAdvisor folks know me and how I am about clean). This is not a chain hotel by any means. It's a hidden gem in Sullivan County. The Inn is conveniently located near gas stations, a McDonald's, stores and more. And yet, it is very quiet. There is no noise from traffic. It's an easy on/off from I-17. The only thing I could really find wrong with it was how thin the walls are in between the rooms. I highly recommend the Upper Delaware Inn. I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times when visiting French Woods Festival. It is clean, affordable and has good WiFi. Easy access from the highway. If you need to be in Hancock you can’t beat the convenience. I used to stay in Binghamton an hour away.
