Pine Lake Manor is like home to me, I have been going since I was 4 years old with my parents.
We then brought our children and now grandchildren.
It’s a great family resort.
The grounds are beautiful and there are three lakes for boating and fishing.
The food is delicious and served family style.
The rooms are cozy and very clean. Daily maid service keeps the rooms clean and replaces towels.
There are daytime and nightly activities.
Year after year we meet the same group of friends and watch our and their families grow.
The owners are like family to us.
This year was PLM’s 100th anniversary, there were special activities to celebrate.
This is a great place to bring your family.

We have been spending summers every year at Pine Lake Manor for 55 years. Clean, good food and great friendships over the years. What more can you say. Year 56 around the corner. Enjoy the outdoors and family entertainment at night. A great place to relax and enjoy fun with family and friends. Always something to do, great for the kids, safe many activities. A Gem in the Catskill Mountains.

First of all check in is very smooth and easy. They are very flexible in when you check in. If you come early and the room is ready they will let you in, it is that simple. The rooms are clean but they don't have brand new furniture in them. This is not a downside, but if people are looking for brand new ultra modern furniture in their room than these rooms don't have them.. This is a fun family resort that has a classy homey feeling to it. You wouldn't get that feeling from a chain motel. You interact with the owners directly which makes them more of your friend then a business owner.
The grounds are very well maintained, and the pool is always kept clean. The activities during the day are bacci and shuffleboard tournaments. If it rains you can even play shuffleboard inside. In the clubhouse they have a nice snack bar, video games, and a card room for people who are big into cards. The rest of the house is where they have bingo, horse races, music(by a DJ, or live entertainment). One night they could give out free hotdogs and another free pizza. On certain weekends they have a big barbeque with steak clams, shrimp, and other items to eat.
The food they serve is always fresh and very good, They have a special item that they make for every meal. You can eat as much as you want. If you happen to not like that dish, you tell them ahead of time and they will get you something else (for example chicken, chef salad, hamburger or hotdogs, etc) nothing fancy but believe me you won't starve. The service is excellent and the waitresses are great. They serve 3 meals a day and all you can eat especially dessert, what else could ask for.
This leads to my favorite part of the resort and that is the fishing. The fishing is really good here. They have several lakes to choose from and they all have plenty of fish in them. The lakes in the front are very accessible by just walking around them and casting. The lakes in the back you can use the row boats or kayaks. You can also walk around alittle and cast, but only in a small portion of the lake. The lakes have bass, pickerel, bluegills and crappies. Don't be surprised if you catch a 4 pd bass or a 20" pickerel, it is not that rare. I've sometimes caught 25 to 30 fish in a few hours. How can I complain, I get quantity and quality.
For me this is a perfect vacation whethter I take my family or go by myself. I see lots of couples and families and they all seemed pretty happy and they don't even go fishing. So take it from me this place is alright in my book.

If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort in or near the Catskills, then look no further than Pine Lake Manor. I have been going there since the late 80's as a child with my family and friends. For a reasonable rate, you get 3 country-style meals, 3 lakes to fish in, 220 beautifully- manicured acres, a game room with arcade games, pool table, and a juke box, dancing and entertainment at night, as well as activities/ games for both children and adults. Some of my fondest memories of my childhood, adolescence, and adulthood stem from Pine Lake Manor. I also have met some of my closest friends at Pine Lake as well. While the resort is very clean and well-maintained, the rooms could definitely receive a face-lift. The decor (and furniture) is outdated and dark but clean.

My family and I have been going to Pine Lake Manor for over 30 years. We've kept old friends, made new ones and thoroughly enjoyed seeing this beautiful property flourish over the years. Not only do we return each year, but the families we met in my teens all go with their families now. Pine Lake Manor is a three generation family-friendly place.
Quaint, clean accommodations with three terrific family-style meals served each day (what busy Mom can ask for more?!) Pine Lake Manor's wait staff is professional, attentive and courteous and the cleaning staff freshen your room each day.
My children have total freedom and I have total peace of mind with fun and varied activities to keep everyone busy (if you choose) or to just relax by the poolside. Each evening's events are fun for everyone. Bingo, dances, DJ, weenie roast, karaoke, wine & cheese party and even "Old Piney" racetrack "horse-racing."
This family owned and operated resort has three ponds, a large pool and kiddie pool, putting green, shuffleboard, tennis, paddle ball, bocce, horseshoes, a recreation room and acres of beautiful landscaping. There are also several play scapes and swings for the little ones.
Pack your family, your golf clubs, your fishing poles, your swimsuit and your bicycles and come to Pine Lake Manor! Start your own family tradition - you will be glad you did!

Simple, old fashioned family owned motel/resort. A quiet, enjoyable place to spend the weekend with extended family. There's swimming, fishing, volleyball, a game room and just plain old time fun. There's no wi-fi which is quite lovely for a weekend get away. The accomodations are very clean, just a little old and worn down. The food is just okay, there is a set menu, set times to eat and no variations. Comfort type food, served family style. The staff is very sweet. Would wish for more local and farm to table dining choices. Fun evenings with DJ and dancing in the rec hall. Overall an enjoyable, happy place to spend a weekend with the family.

My husband and his family have been going to Pine Lake Manor for over 40 years, starting with his grandparents. The tradition has continued, with children, grandchildren, in laws, and even friends. The chikdren of all ages look forward to this vacation every year, and have counted the days til they arrive, starting with the day after the week has ended. The same familiar faces greet us every year, and it feels like home to us, it's that special! The grounds are immaculate, rooms clean and well kept, and the homemade meals are bountiful and delicious! There are plenty of activities and entertainment, in addition to three beautiful lakes to fish in. We look forward to seeing our PLM family and friends, and watch the kids grow every year, some even coming back with their own families! I'm glad PLM is our family's vacation tradition!!

Spent three nights here to play golf with friends. Enjoyed the home cooking. The pool was very nice and most of the time there I had it all to myself. No credit cards accepted here to it harkens to a simpler time!

This was our first visit to PLM as a family (my husband had been 40 years earlier with his extended family) but we joined up with family and friends who had been visiting PLM for over 50 years. What a relaxing, fun vacation.
The resort is simple and old-fashioned. A mealtime bells rings to notify guests that it's time to eat. And the meals are delicious. Served family-style, they are filling and very tasty.
There are plenty of day activities - bocce, shuffleboard, a rec hall, swimming, fishing and there is also plenty of time for relaxing poolside or walking through the beautiful property. There are also evening activities - bingo, movie night, a band, etc.
Rooms are neat and clean. They are a little dated, but our room was spacious with plenty of space for our family of 4.
When I asked my daughter (10 years old) the best part of PLM she said 1st, the people, 2nd, the food and 3rd the activities.
We look forward to coming back to PLM and making more memories.
