Beautiful accommodations on the mighty Niagara River. The Niagara Room has a 270 degree view of the Niagara River and the beautiful South Grand Island Bridge. A 30 foot wide porch overlooks the water and gives the guests beautiful views and amazing sunrises. The Seneca room is a two room suite offering views of the river and the bridge as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. As so many others have said, the Niagara Suite is nothing short of luxurious! The bed is heavenly, the 30' deck has that lovely view of the river and the bridge, and the bathroom is exceptionally well appointed including a fabulous shower and a slew of thoughtful details like a dedicated facecloth for makeup removal. Each morning we awoke looking forward to Alan's amazing breakfasts; we stayed three nights and he managed to outdo himself each day! We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and brought a special bottle of champagne with us to have on our second night, so Alan not only provided us with elegant champagne flutes, but included "a side strawberries" as a thoughtful touch. If you want to splurge a bit, appreciate the benefits of a large, well-appointed room, and truly enjoy being well cared for, treat yourself and do stay here. What a gem!…

This is the perfect Bnb! The home is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, and the hosts are beyond lovely. The location of the home is ideal, right on the water for beautiful sunrises and sunsets but close to local bars and restaurants. Alan and Michael make a great breakfast and really make you feel at home. We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast right on the Niagara River. We stayed here to visit family on Grand Island. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were very friendly. The only negative would be that the door to the outside was difficult to get open.

A great little getaway. Breakfast was amazing and the view in the Niagara room is gorgeous. The balcony off the room was so nice to sit out and relax. Hosts were very friendly and very welcoming. We will be back again soon.

Anyone can give you a clean room, great bed and good lighting in the bathroom… if they do desire. Michael and Alan give you the above plus an awesome setting on the Niagara River, great breakfasts and unparalleled hospitality. Since we were two couples traveling together, it was so nice to have a kitchen bar and sitting are to share. We had the entire floor! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this area.

The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful complete with live orchids in the room and bathroom. The view on our balcony was beautiful and very peaceful. The breakfast was unreal. It was the best eggs and sausage I have ever had. Alan and Michael were friendly and very down to earth. My husband and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful weekend getaway! Every detail about our two night stay at South Bridge was perfect. Michael and Allan were splendid hosts. They attended to our dietary needs (gluten free) without missing a beat. (GF bread, cinnamon rolls and French toast were all delicious.) The Niagara Suite is spectacular in its views of the river, bridge, and waterfowl. (We saw blue heron, egret, cormorant, kingfisher, mallard ducks, Canada geese and more all from the room. The sunrise across the river was unforgettable. The decor is both unique and yet comfortable. The room is spacious. My only hesitation in recommending it to you is that if you book it, I might not be able to get back in when I want to go back.

Michael and Alan are the most accommodating hosts. The views are fabulous and the rooms are top notch. Very clean and elegant. Every detail was thought through to make this a first class experience. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious and enough to last us most of the day. Highly recommend. We will be back to enjoy more of the area.

My husband and I spent two nights here during our vacation in upstate New York, and couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations and hosts. Our room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the river, and the breakfasts prepared by Alan were delicious. I wish we had more time in that area to take advantage of the amenities offered (kayaks, fishing gear, bikes) and highly recommend staying there if you’re in the area.
