We are full timers and have been to every single stat. This review comes from visiting a lot of campgrounds. This place is absolutely incredible!! I mean its perfect!! The sites are well laid out, many choices from concrete pads, ADA sites, gravel sites, cabins, three bath houses with laundry that are spotless, spotless! The office is gorgeous with lots of local crafts and souvenirs to buy, the staff is a pleasure to talk with and very friendly. They have propane, a nice dump site zip lining across the lake, fishing, it's truly incredible!! This is the nicest place, of hundreds and hundreds of places, that we have ever stayed. Can't wait to return next time we visit Niagara Falls!!!

We were here for one night passing through and were impressed with the impeccable condition of the campground. Location is ideal for visiting Niagra Falls. All of the hookups were in great order and the campground is packed with amenities that couples and families will all enjoy.

Branches is nicely located near Niagara Falls such that day trips are quite easy. The site also has great amenities for families that need/want to entertain children.

Due to unexpected travel delays, our previously reserved pull-thru site was unavailable but we were able to get a vey nice back in location with a full hook-up.

The facility was very clean with excellent showers and bathrooms to service the park.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the "deluxe" cabins which they advertise as accommodating up to 6 people. After being on the road all day, the 4 of us were looking forward to a hot shower and a good night's sleep. The hot water did not last for 2 showers, my daughter had to finish in ice cold water. Turns out there is a 20 gallon water heater. How is this supposed to supply up to 6 showers? I said something to them at checkout and they replied that they were hoping to upgrade to on-demand water heaters in the "near future." We had not used any hot water prior to the showers, besides maybe washing hands. Also, the bed was hard as a rock and made a horrible noise with the least amount of movement, apparently due to the box spring being so tight in the bed frame. And you had to bring your own pillows, linens and towels, unless you don't mind spending even more for their linen package. And if you want more than a microwave oven for cooking, you have to step up to the "Deluxe Plus" cabin. For what we spent here, I wish I had stayed at a nicer local hotel.

This is a true as the name implies campground not a resort. This will have different meanings for different RV uses. As a family campground this place would probably be ideal for all camping families. However, for big rig luxury RV's and couples without children I would definitely not recommend this place. It is true there are many amenities for families with children but not for people looking for a peaceful campsite. We stayed for a week and and had a rough time sleeping with parties going till 2 AM. The sites are un- improved rough gravel with weeds and pot holes from RV Jacks. Pricing is quite high for what you get. Yes, Niagara Falls is nearby.

Everything about this camping resort is great. The office staff and the employees at the activity center are phenomenal. Their are activities all day long. The campground was VERY clean and workers were always out doing their jobs to keep HTR looking great. After it poured the whole day

the staff pumped out water from the mini golf course so we could play after being inside most of the day. They
continued to pump flooded areas to make it easier to get around. To me, that is going above and beyond to make campers happy.
The cabin we stayed in was immaculate, air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable.
Despite one day of rain my children and grandchildren had a great time and we are already planning to reruen next year.

This is only our 2nd ever camper adventure and we were very pleased with this place. First, all is clean with bathrooms and showers available. The sites are flat and decently spaced out. Since it was fall weather, we didn't get to use the pools but the area where pools are looks wonderful for summer, there is a big pond to fish with a pavilion, and looks like fun things for kids with playground, trails, kayaks, peddle carts, etc. There are some cabins and a couple yurts too. I liked how quiet it was and it is not too far to drive to the US Niagara Falls (8-10 miles). The grassy areas are so nice and green. No complaints.

This campground was awesome. We had a great site that was quiet, nicely shaded and was bordered by woods on two sides. If your trailer is ok with 30 amp service, site #114 is the one to ask for. Private and peaceful. Very clean facility. Lots of things to do for the kids. My husband and I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Niagara area! Grand Island itself is quite pretty!

So many good things to say about Branches! Even though Branches was the priciest campground I have ever stayed at, I would pay it again. The entire campground is spotless, even the shower/ laundry houses. WIFI is great and we were at the very end of the campground. Great store/gift shop. Only 15 minutes away from the Falls. Grocery store nearby. Our site had trees/shrubs behind it and on the right for a little privacy which was nice. The only thing I would suggest to the campground is to lower the dump hook ups so that campers would not have to prop up the hoses so much, just a minor thing though.

I have always been a hotel gal. But lately we have been getting back to camping. Went to Niagra Falls with the family and stayed here. Amazing. And that is saying a lot from me.
Branches of Niagara is under new management. (so I have been told) Taylor the GM is attentive and actually seems to care what his guest think. A small issue occurred during our reservation and he made sure to make it right. Restrooms are clean and adequate. Good pool. Great rec center . Small putt putt course, lake boats. The zip line was fun and the the teens loved Lazer tag. It is a must go campground.
Oh and security guard Larry....very kind, helpful and full of knowledge.

There was a pond, but never saw dogs swimming. There was a map of the campground on their website.

Not that I know of - we drive to Niagara Falls state park and walked over the rainbow bridge to Canada. Make sure you have us quarters to get back into the USA

No cable but we picked up plenty of channels with our antenna. Wifi was decent - I think it depends on where you are in the park.

During our stay, we were in a motorcoach, but there are sites that are in more woodsy areas which I think would be ideal for tent camping. I suggest emailing the resort with your question, and they will respond to you. Absolutely GREAT people running the resort. Very friendly and helpful.
