We stayed in a cabin with two young ones, and we loved every bit of our stay! The cabin was incredibly clean, everything functioned in the cabin, and the campground was quiet at night. The amenities on the campground made for an even more fun experience. We rode the pedal cart, canoed, and had a nice campfire in the fire ring provided. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They kept the well-stocked General Store open for any necessities and questions. Totally loved our stay at this campground and plan on returning.
This was a beautiful campground. Very well kept! Office staff was helpful with recommendations on places to go and see. Enjoyed Niagara Falls and was close to attractions. Campground was quiet. Thank you!!!
This is only our 2nd ever camper adventure and we were very pleased with this place. First, all is clean with bathrooms and showers available. The sites are flat and decently spaced out. Since it was fall weather, we didn't get to use the pools but the area where pools are looks wonderful for summer, there is a big pond to fish with a pavilion, and looks like fun things for kids with playground, trails, kayaks, peddle carts, etc. There are some cabins and a couple yurts too. I liked how quiet it was and it is not too far to drive to the US Niagara Falls (8-10 miles). The grassy areas are so nice and green. No complaints.
What a pretty campground! It was very clean. The RV sites were flat and covered in gravel. The staff was nice and very helpfully. The store was well stocked. Fun things to do: zip line, fish, kayaking just to name a few. Close to the American falls.
I have always been a hotel gal. But lately we have been getting back to camping. Went to Niagra Falls with the family and stayed here. Amazing. And that is saying a lot from me. Branches of Niagara is under new management. (so I have been told) Taylor the GM is attentive and actually seems to care what his guest think. A small issue occurred during our reservation and he made sure to make it right. Restrooms are clean and adequate. Good pool. Great rec center . Small putt putt course, lake boats. The zip line was fun and the the teens loved Lazer tag. It is a must go campground. Oh and security guard Larry....very kind, helpful and full of knowledge.
We had a great first stay at Branches and will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone. Staff was friendly and professional and the camp store is one of the best I've seen. So many activities for the kids. Loved the zipline and the laser tag. My son loved the playground and gaga ball, he always found a new friend to play with. Garbage was picked up frequently and bathrooms and laundry were very clean. What we really appreciated was it was so quiet! After about 9:30-10pm it was lights out. We sat out by the fire til 11 and didn't see another fire up and down our entire row. Recommend site 101. Shade and very close to the bath house and laundry.
We had an absolute blast over the holiday weekend. We went with two adults and three kids (7, 10, 12) and everyone of us are exited to return. - Three pools- big one is heated, kiddie pool and lazy river that was awesome, but cold (I’m sure it will warm up over the summer). Plenty of chairs for everyone and bathrooms right there as well. - Activity Center for kids was great. Activities all day and the staff that ran the programs was the most engaging and friendliest we have seen at any campground we have been to. - Laser tag was great and kids loved it, but was $15 per time to play- they offered it the three evenings we were there and while the kids had fun and the course and gear were top notch, we thought $15 was a bit much. That’s an expensive hour when you have three kids to play for. - The zip line was offered on Saturday/Sunday morning while we were there and was worth every penny of the $15 fee. Each kid got two runs and they loved it. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. - They had kayaks to rent for a fee and people were fishing while we were there. We saw a few bass caught and a catfish. You could bring your own kayaks/canoes but have to pay a $20 fee to use the water (we thought this was ridiculous), but a nice body of water to paddle around in. - The sites were spacious and the grounds meticulously kept. The public bathrooms were also some of the cleanest we have seen- they even smelled good for the most part! There was laundry in the bathrooms as well. -The store had a selections of gifts, tshirts and food items. A food truck came on Sunday which was nice for those who wanted to partake- our kids got ice cream and said it was tasty. - There was a reptile show on Saturday night- kids and adults loved it and a movie was played on Friday and Sunday night. We would have loved to see the same amount of activities offered on Sunday that were offered on Saturday for the kids. - Awesome playground, basketball court and my kid’s favorite, the Gaga ball pit. -We went to Niagara Falls while there and was only about 10 minutes away. Grocery store about five minutes away and some restaurants- we saw some have pizza delivered right to their site as well. -The wood on site was $8 a bundle, but it was very dry and we had a great fire each night. We will be back.…
Everything about this place is better than you expect. Everything is clean, there is a lot of activities for kids, and the cabins are spacious, well appointed, and upscale-rustic. They should be booked up everyday of every year. I don't always go camping, but when I do it's at Branches.
This is a true as the name implies campground not a resort. This will have different meanings for different RV uses. As a family campground this place would probably be ideal for all camping families. However, for big rig luxury RV's and couples without children I would definitely not recommend this place. It is true there are many amenities for families with children but not for people looking for a peaceful campsite. We stayed for a week and and had a rough time sleeping with parties going till 2 AM. The sites are un- improved rough gravel with weeds and pot holes from RV Jacks. Pricing is quite high for what you get. Yes, Niagara Falls is nearby.
We were here for one night passing through and were impressed with the impeccable condition of the campground. Location is ideal for visiting Niagra Falls. All of the hookups were in great order and the campground is packed with amenities that couples and families will all enjoy.
