My wife and I just had the opportunity to spend an evening at Geneva on the Lake. Winter time is obviously its slowest time and we were the beneficiaries of that pace. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Our room (the Loft) was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Our dinner was terrific as was our breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Very overpriced. Cost 170 For 4 large scallops and a filet that was very chewy tastes like sirloin steak full of grizzle. Our spinach salad were 30 dollars that consisted of a half hard boiled egg each and a little bit of spinach. Our wine was 39 dollars that was the best part of this 170 meal. Waitress was very...

The room was very nice, fireplace and small kitchen were great surprise but at almost $500 per night with taxes and fees, it is indeed overpriced. The grounds are very nice but can be walked in 5 minutes, would be better in summertime to use pool no doubt.

My husband and I stayed at the inn for one night midweek. Our suite was lovely--large and roomy with a fully stocked kitchen and a view of the lake. Stickley furniture throughout. Very clean and comfortable with high-quality toiletries. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Enjoyed a delicious dinner and then a delightful breakfast the next morning. Can't wait...

Geneva on the Lake is supported by the most charming and kind staff, and I can't say enough about how clean and well appointed our room was. The bathrooms are a little out of date and could use a sprucing up, but the entire facility is clean and well maintained. You are at Geneva on the Lake for the gorgeous...

Geneva-on-the Lake, a beautiful inn is, as its name suggests, on the lake. Its history dates to 1910 when it was built as a private residence for a prominent Geneva resident. After the original owner died, his wife and son expanded the original house relying heavily on an aesthetic they had picked up on visits to Italy: it is reminiscent...

My wife and I arrived for a 5 night stay and were blown away by not only the beauty of the buildings but also byt the gardens and the view of the lake. Because we were traveling with a dog, we were in Townhouse K which is the accommodation farthest from the main buildings - although it was all relatively...

Our room had a king bed with a small walk-in closet. We also had a living room/dining room and a kitchenette. The property was immaculate and even the owner could be seen daily either working on the property or watering the lawn. The view overlooking Seneca Lake was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and the service top notch. Delicious...

This property is quite beautiful but a little on the old and worn side. The furniture is from Stickley but is outdated. With some money and cosmetic improvements this resort could once again be a showplace. If you could get a decent price for a room it may be worth visiting as it is in a great location on the...
