My wife and I stayed at the Three Tree Inn in December of 2011 and then my wife returned with her sister and our daughter in the spring of 2012. Paul and Marcia are just genuine down to earth people that we truly enjoyed. We stayed in the Catalpa room for our anniversary. It was immaculately clean and well appointed.... More

This was my first stay in a B&B. I was apprehensive, but Three Tree Inn came highly recommended by the friends we traveled with. I was totally blown away by the experience. The accommodations were fantastic, breakfast was amazing and best of all... Paul & Marsha are incredible! When we checked out, it felt like we were saying goodbye to... More

Our stay at this bed and breakfast was amazing! Great breakfasts and loved Marcia's cookies. Was very clean, welcoming and kind atmosphere. The owners were accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk to many dining locations.

I would echo all the positive reviews already written here. Paul and Marcia and great, the house is beautiful and clean, and the food was delicious. I was especially grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs so I did not feel left out while everyone else ate yummy pastries. Marcia was a wealth... More

Paul and Marcia were wonderful hosts. They had great recommendations for places to visit for dinner and were very accommodating. Their breakfast in the morning was amazing and the fresh cookies were a bonus! The room was very clean and always smelled nice. I would book another stay at Three Tree Inn in a heartbeat.

Great B & B, Comfortable room, good food , great location & hosts. We enjoyed our stay while we visited local wineries. Paul & Marcia's restaurant recommendations were on the money (particularly Halsey's.). Breakfeast served at 9 AM. I distinctly remember a french toast & sausagebreakfeast that was served one morning. AS we were leaving they recommended a local winery... More

The title refers to the amazing chocolate chip cookies waiting for you when you arrive: just one of many special touches that make this a special B&B. Paul and Marcia are wonderful caretakers, of their home and their guests. We stayed here for four nights recently, and are very happy with this choice. The room was a little small, but... More

Every single thing about The Three Tree Inn was perfect! I've stayed in many B&B's, but never one with such spectacular hospitality. Marcia and Paul were the perfect hosts. Every recommendation they had was wonderful. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. The room: We stayed in the Mountain Ash Room. Four... More

Our family had booked all three rooms at the Three Tree Inn for a "siblings weekend". With the exception of the King bed room, the rooms were small. We stayed in the King room and found the bed to be extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The good points: comfy beds and pillows (hard to find good pillows when... More
