We spent one night here prior to leaving the USA. It was Memorial Weekend so the traffic was hectic, the hotel parking lot was full, as was the parking lot across the street. We finally parked a few blocks away. The staff were typical of what I have experienced when visiting China before - they try to be helpful but are totally unable to assist if a request is slightly different from the norm. For instance we were having late at night, so booked out, but then wanted to use a room for a few hours to freshen up before leaving for the airport. They couldn't offer that service. The other narrative is that the beds are very small - they cannot honestly offer those size beds as "double" beds. It was the worst sleep I had in the USA. On the up side, the room was clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. We booked out and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went sight-seeing. (That was a real plus. ) The hotel is in Chinatown, so the majority of restaurants are Chinese - we had lovely "proper" Chinese food in the neighborhood, which was great. The hotel is very close to the subway and we felt safe walking the streets at night. Would I stay at this hotel again? Based on the size of the beds - no. Not unless I was staying alone.

Really nice property & staff. Wish they had parking on site & slightly bigger beds in the double rooms. Marisol was the main staff I spoke to so I’m rating the other front desk reps based on her customer service.

Interior is nice. Furniture in room is old. Typical Chinese hotel, the employees are cold and unwelcoming. All they want is you to check in and check out, and give them their money. Why bother being in the hospitality business, might as well open a funeral parlor.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Flushing, and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I had the choice. The service from the gentleman at the front desk was horrible, I found a used condom in the corner of my room and when I told the individual at front desk about it, he refused to give me another room. He came into the room picked it up and proceeded with flushing it down the toilet and walked out. It was disgusting and I question the cleanliness of this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are better hotels in the Queens region that you can stay at instead.
