The hotel itself, was BEAUTIFUL!!! however, it would be our luck that we stayed on a night when the boiler either broke or malfunctioned (we never got a clear explanation) on what was one of the COLDEST nights of the year. Sadly, all we got from the front desk was an apology. At one point during the night, temp in...

This is a claimed boutique hotel. The rooms are extremely small. Maintenance is a little lacking. Service during our stay was a little questionable. We had a problem getting extra towels and had to call 3 times over 5 hours to get them brought up ( we also went down to the front desk but were told someone would bring...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much...that I came back again within the same trip. I chose one of the rooms with the 'spa tub' and sound proofing. The spa tub is a large soaking tub and I enjoyed this feature very much. Though this hotel is a 'budget' friendly hotel my room was much nicer than the...

Aysha made our reservation for a deluxe king room with a balcony (Room #302). When I made a reservation Aysha gave me a description of everything the hotel has to offer - rooftop bar, lounge area, skyline views, and a shuttle to and from Spa Castle with discounted entry price for The One guests. Our room was clean, modern, and...

This hotel is close to both Laguardia and JFK airport. Lots of restaurants closeby. 5-10 minutes walk from 7 train station. No parking provided and looking for street parking in this neighborhood could be a hassle. Rooms were small but clean and modern. It was very noisy at night maybe because there was a rooftop bar. I called the operator...

The last time I was here, I got the toothbrushes for free from the lady @ the front desk. But this time I was told the toothbrushes are $2 dollars each by the guy at the front desk, and later that night, I asked the front desk again later that night with a lady, she gave me the toothbrushes and...

I was referred to this hotel. On the surface everything was fine. I ran into issues almost upon checking in. I selected the room that had the bathtub as well as the shower, however we could not get the bathtub to stop the water from going out. I called the front desk and was told that someone from maintenance would...

Interesting designed hotel in middle of a hectic neighborhood, convienent to LGA. My experience began on wrong foot when the front desk advised that mgt required a $100. deposit :( which would be credited back upon check-out - but could take 3-5 days to be credited to my account :-0 Otherwise the stay was fine. King deluxe room was comfortable....

Well, it's the strange hotel. The floor in the room was dirty, I have never seen it in USA.. The room was very small, no window (compact room). But you have Bvlgari toiletries in the room. :) Anyway the staff was friendy and quickly resolved some issues with wfi. The price wasn't bad.
