So at first glance with the pictures it looked amazing but when we arrived it was something completely different. We had the deluxe king room with a balcony and in the pictures it showed as if we had a bathtub which is something I always request when I book rooms but when we arrived to the room there was no bathtub just a stand up shower. That was already the first disappointment. It’s relatively clean but there are a lot of places where there was a lot of dust built up. It’s almost as if they either pushed all the dust into that little corner or they never cleaned in that area. The sink to our bedroom had a pretty bad crack on it. But it still worked. Knowing how hotels work I had to make sure I don’t get charged for something we didn’t do. So I took a picture of it and went downstairs to let the “Hotel manager” in the front desk know. She just said “yeah that’s okay no worries”. The big annoying thing was that across the hall from us in the other room there was this couple that was arguing every single night. I’m talking about like some serious yelling and banging on doors. It was like 2 in the morning and it was just getting out of hand so we called front desk to complain. A few minutes later they came up and they seemed to have diffused the situation and it got quiet. But once it was around 3AM they began arguing once again and it got even louder this time. Again we called the front desk but this time they didn’t come up right away like before and we barely got any sleep. Overall the bad things outweighed the good things in our hotel stay. Don’t see myself coming back and wouldn’t recommend to my friends. Just spend a few dollars more and get a room in the city.

The hotel room was beautiful and check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly - whenever we needed something they delivered it right away such as ice and provided extra towels. They have a beautiful rooftop bar and lounge. We went up to have brunch on sunday and loved that we didn't even have to leave the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed from beginning to end. I checked in and was given the smallest, cramped room right next to the maintenance room and housekeeping room. Noisier than grand central. I asked to change the room. They did, I wanted an upper floor however the elevator was broken, so I got another ground floor room slightly larger. No heat, loud noises throughout the night , probably got 15 minutes sleep. I ended having a cramp in my back from the bed.I asked the morning desk clerk to call for a cab. He acted like he called, said it would be 12 minutes, the cab never arrived. I walked outside and hailed a cab, luckily I made it to Laguardia which is 2 miles away. The clerk walked outside and asked me If I woke up too late? What an annoying jerk.

We stayed here for one week. It was a bad experience. The hotel is quit noisy and every night there is a party. You can here it in the whole hotel. You can call the receptionist but they wouldn’t help you. So I wouldn’t recommended!!!
