I booked a room for my mom who lost power on her block. The temperature was in the 90's and it was unsafe for her to stay at her apartment. Her room was clean, modern and safe. The staff was friendly and most important, my mom felt very comfortable and loved her stay despite no breakfast in the morning due to Covid-19. She lived about a mile away from the hotel but refused to stay with me. I would gladly book again if she comes across power outage again.

I checked in on 3/14/2020. Had to get some rest because my place was doing renovation. Checked out HotelTonight and saw their deal at this hotel for $91 a night. Upon arriving at the hotel, check in was a breeze. Chuck the front desk manager was very efficient with the process. Was in my room within two minutes of stepping onto the property. I was able to get early check in, so that was a huge plus! About the room: Room was actually very spacious. Queen bed, huge bathroom, with a safety box, coffee maker, mini fridge, hangers all in the room. WiFi wasn’t so great. I called front desk and the agent said something like it’s cause of my room location that the WiFi isn’t having good connection and I should go outside and I’ll have better WiFi. But anyways, shower was nice, with anti slip surface on the tub. A few downsides: -WiFi connection -some parts of the room need some repair and updating. -little rack in shower is old, rusted and broken. The reason for my stay was to get some rest and do some work. The room was on a higher floor and there was no street noise at all! I checked out around 8pm to go to work. All in all it was a good stay. Would I stay here again? Yes definitely There is a bar upstairs in the roof, also many other cool places nearby. Chuck, thank you and your team! See you again soon!

Location was good and price reasonable. Elevators did not look as if they were cleaned often enough. Room okay but cleanliness of room superficial. Not obvious if surfaces had had a good wipe down considering the onset of the corona virus. Wiped all surfaces with anti bacterial wipes on arrival to be sure. Bathroom floors, panel around sink and bathroom door (both sides) not clean. Breakfast adequate but on the Sunday it was very sparse. Probably the poorest complimentary breakfast I’ve experienced in a long time. We used it mainly as a base as we have family nearby, so spent very little time in the room.

I choose this hotel because of the location but then I realize this hotel is not just about the location. shout out for the Front Desk team! They are amazing. The gentleman check me in was a very cool guy(forgot his name) and the ladies was sweet and helpful too. Also they have gifts for their guests on Christmas eve and Christmas! They made me feel welcome and the Christmas atmosphere!

The overall stay was great. The room was clean. Staff numbers were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near tons of authentic Chinese food. If you like Chinese foo, looks no further. Hotel is also in close proximity to subway. Overall great value.
