It’s closed why even keep the page up. In fact, other than the buffet restaurant in the fourth floor-NOTHING In the complex is open. Asking for details on a closed establishment is a bit like carrying coal to Newcastle-pointless. There’s nothing to indicate Pointe will ever reopen again.
EVERYONE PLEASE MAKE SURE ASK FOR ROOM CHECK BEFORE CHECK OUT!!!They charged me $150 for the smoke fee which I NEVER SMOKE!!!!! I called back to the hotel and the lady in the front desk refuse to help me solve the problem. She said I can't do anything about that?!?!?!?! ARE U KIDDING ME? And the front desk manager said she got the report from cleaner but they never contact me! If they do before charge me, I will run to the hotel and call the police to do the DNA test. Why I need to pay for the previous customer’s fault? I’m more concerned about the how dirty is the hotel right now!!
Nice Hotel and close to the airport however, I wouldn't advise staying there on party night. The complimentary breakfast was horrible! I wouldn't advise staying here on nights the hotel is having a special event.
As soon as we walked into the lobby the only thing that stood out was the smell of weed. The room was ok. It was alittle run down and needs updating. Headboard was peeling and the curtain was falling. Options of tv channels were not many. We were above the bar that’s on the premises so we could hear music playing and people talking till early morning. Parking was a nightmare. There are so many businesses in the same premises and not much parking space. Luckily we were staying there for just one night. Don’t think we would be returning to this hotel.
The hotel had a tall ceiling which made the room look bigger. The room itself had more of a modern style decoration. Finding the hotel was confusing, the sign was in some type of Asian language ( I don’t know which one specifically) but under it , it said “ de point” ( the sign is dark red/burgundy) . There is a karaoke club in the same building plus food establishments. The lobby itself was hard to find , you have to take the elevator to H2 ( there is two openings on the elevators for floor 2)- there is also a sign in the elevators. I parked on the street but there is free parking in the Lot , you just have to receive a ticket from front desk to put on your car. The hotel only provided two large towels , one mini towel and one medium towel plus one towel for the floor. The room had no smell to it and it was clean. The elevator had a slight bad smell to it but nothing unbearable. The hotel is near a shopping commerce ( also walking distance if you don’t mind a 15 mins walk). the CON is my room was on the second floor and I was able to hear all the noise coming from the karaoke club. The staff was friendly. Checking in is at 3pm- 12am and checkout is at 11am.…
