Amazing place to stay, whether it's just for a one night getaway or longer. We stayed for one night, it was very relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. We also used the spa services, which were amazing. It was our first time having massages and it was amazing! Highly recommend!
Celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday with the spa / overnight package. It was so much fun. Rooms were clean, the spa was fantastic, and the staff was professional and kind. Justin went above and beyond to obtain my Apple Watch (that I left at the spa on accident). Just an overall great experience. I will book again in the future.
Have stayed in this hotel repeatedly, and over the course of many years. It is a very good value, the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is large and well equipped. Andy and Christy are bartenders in the lounge; ask for them in person. They are real professionals. The cannot be friendlier or more accommodating, and have been this way and consistently so, for years.
It was the 2nd time I stayed at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. The place is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff friendly and welcoming. I had dinner at the restaurant. The food is delicious, and the bartender Andy was friendly, professional and engaging. I will definitely go back
Stayed for two evenings for a work related conference. Room was nice and hotel overall looks good. Certainly starting to show its age and many of the finishes are wearing throughout the hotel. The issues I had were really more food and service related. The breakfast buffet was standard fare including mass scrambled eggs, bacon, homefries and assorted bread/bagels. The eggs were freezing cold both mornings and the bagels were hard/stale. The Mediterranean lunch buffet was easily the worst meal I've had in years. Chicken breast and beef chunks on skewers were dry, tough and flavorless. The salad was mostly jalapenos with a few cucumbers and other things. the cucumbers were brown and mushy. A large group of us tried to eat dinner at the restaurant . When we asked the waitress about separate checks she refused. the manager was of no help and said it was too troublesome. Given that we are government employees, we have strict rules on reimbursement so sharing checks doesn't work for us. Our entire group had to go elsewhere. Upon checkout I was informed that the printer was not functioning and I would be emailed a receipt that day. It had not arrived by the following day so I contacted the hotel and asked for them to email my receipt. When I got it, the hotel had failed to remove the tax even though I had provided a tax exempt form at check in. Eventually, I was sent the correct receipt. The place wasn't horrible (except for some of the food that was actually inedible) but it also required more work than it should for a supposed upscale property.…
Awesome hotel! Stylish and up-to-date and you cannot beat this location ! Our room was spacious, bathroom clean and roomy. Bed and pillows were fantastic ! Nice toiletries. Coffee in the room was great. Lots of green area around. Remarkable hiking trail and views ! Ample free parking. Awesome gym, pool (we used indoor) and jet tub. Really up to 4 star standards. The only thing : there were no towels in the pool otherwise it's a great hotel !
We had a 2 night stay at the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa at the end of a 10 day vacation. The hotel is in a gorgeous location, but that is about the most positive thing I can say about it. We were on the 5th floor and the drawers to the dresser would not stay closed and the door to the bathroom would not stay open. The bathroom I felt was somewhat small, the furniture, the doors, the bed bases, the elevators and the halls on the flor were all beat up. In addition, there were no glasses in our room at all (after the first night, I mentioned to the front desk that there were no glasses, and the desk clerk said, I'll give you some now. I told her no as we were on our way out.). At no time did they mention that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping at all during our stay which, for the amount of money we paid, I found very disappointing. Internet, while free, was very slow and kept disconnecting. The hotel is in serious need of renovation immediately to justify the amount of money they charge per stay.…
They host weddings that play extremely loud music right outside the hotel until past 11pm. It is impossible to sleep before the music stops. The staff seems nice, but this is not a hotel, it's aparty venue. There is no sound proofing in the room and you hear absolutely everything in the hallways and the rooms next to you. Hotels are meant for sleeping and you can not sleep in this place. I would not have booked if I had known, so now you know.
My husband and I booked a room for our 9th Anniversary and I have NEVER been more disappointed. We travel alot and have been in many hotels and have never experienced anything like thi past weekend. 1st we were over charged by over $100. they refuse to give us receipts. Paid for FULL BODY massage and my husband received full body but all I received was back, neck and ear lobes, YES that is right ear lobes. Ceiling tile in resturant would falling down and needed to be replaced. When we asked no change for $20 NO ONE had any money. We ask 5 times and as we were ready to leave they finally got us change. There was a dog there that WAS NOT a service dog and work up to it barking. All in all we will NEVER suggest or go to The Woodcliff Hotel & Spa again. Please THINK TWICE about booking …
We booked a package with three rounds of golf and three nights at the Woodcliff Hotel. From the first moment we were treated like VIPs. The bellman was very personable and will no doubt be successful in his career in hotel management. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and changed our room so we could enjoy a sunset view. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean with lots of desk space, good lighting, large refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was also perfect, a large counter, excellent lighting and a huge shower with good water pressure. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. We tried it the first night and decided right then to eat there each night of our stay. Very friendly and professional wait staff, excellent menu and beverage choices. There was live music in the bar Friday and Saturday night. Our package even included breakfast with a choice of buffet or a la carte. The hotel has a spa that we didn't have time to try, and is a popular destination for weddings. There is even a nine-hole golf course on property. The hotel is dog friendly, we saw a few cute dogs during our stay. Next time we are in this area we will definitely come back to the Woodcliff Hotel.…
