As stated in some previous reviews, click on each unit and look at the pictures of each condo. Some are updated and others look like they're straight from the 80's. This is a great location, and its literally a 2 minute drive to downtown Ellicottville and all of the shops. Check in was super fast, the condo was very clean...

I love snow pine village they are all privately owned so check out the photos they tell you how nice they are. I love the ski in ski out convenience as I have teenagers and they are excellent snowboarders, small children and or just beginning to ski, snowboard it would be harder. They are isolated from the heart of Holiday...

The Snow Pine Village units are not recommended. The units are old and have not been updated in over 20 years including the beds, sofa beds, chairs falling apart and half painted walls. Absolutely terrible. We were very disappointed and the Holiday Valley Management does nothing to help as they say they only manage these units but do not own....

Hard to beat this location if you have a large group or family skiing at Holiday Valley. Our unit was spacious and could have easily accommodated 8 people. Furnishings are a bit dated (think early 80's) but functional. Everything in the kitchen worked fine and there was sufficient cookware for all our needs. It's nice to be able to relax...

This was not our first stay at Snow Pine Village, but it will be our last. We had a lovely visit the last time we were here two years ago. However, this time we were in unit A 102, which was just awful. There was no heat in the bedroom. The office was helpful and maintenance very responsive, but they...

This was an excellent place to come and visit/ski for a weekend! We rented Unit 202-B in Snow Pine Village and were very satisfied with our stay! The Rental Office was very responsive to our needs (1 maintenance issue), the Unit was very nicely furnished, and the skiing location (close to The Wall Lift, so Ski In, Ski Out) was...

Stayed C204 fireplace had sign not to use. Two bedrooms of three had no heat until last night of three night stay. No heat in either bathroom as well. Conditions were such that we could not ski in and out because lifts and runs closed. Reasonably well supplied with dishes etc for a couple of families. It may also have...

We stayed in H103 and had no problems. Our visit was in August during the IBO's World Archery Tournament. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it was supplied with pans dishes. My biggest issue is getting the luggage/ice cooler into the condo--lots of steps when carrying heavy equipment....

Snow Pine Condo. Can't speak for all, but building G room 101 was not worth the $230 plus taxes that the room cost. Yes it was ski in / ski out. However, the beds were VERY uncomfortable, hot water was good for 1, TV's were outdated, no local information provided in rooms, way too many knick knacks, door walls could...
