I stay here at the East Norwich Inn every so often when I'm in town on business. The staff is always pleasant, it's very convenient and the rooms are very clean. Another positive is they are renovating and the newest touches are fantastic. Great bang for your buck!

We had stayed here many times over the years, but had not been back for the last few years. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that they were renovating the entire hotel. The commons areas were in the renovation process while we were there, but it was very evident that the outcome will be a huge boost for any...

This used to be the Inn for the upper class but went downhill as times changed. Nearby family told me the tale. They're spending the bucks to bring it back up. Staff is doing its part with the exception of the check-in counter. The eager "Welcome, we're so glad you chose us" attitude that makes a good first impression is...

We stayed here one night and that was long enough. A sign in the lobby stated that they are restoring this place to its former elegance, but they have a long, long way to go. The room was dirty and the bathroom moldy. The desk clerk said they are renovating the rooms later but there is no excuse for lack...

If you see a renovation van parked next to the front door maybe reconsider It might be nice when it's finished but the spaces right now or a little strange The front desk staff on check-in acted like robots very unhelpful

This is an old motel that's trying to refresh itself. They're making progress on the hallways and public areas, but the rooms are still dark and dank and not well appointed. Property offers a buffet breakfast, which offered only the simplest of takeout breakfast food. I would definitely try to find another place first.

Old hotel in desperate need or a complete overhaul. They are working on the hall and reception but the public area and our sleeping room is threadbare and musty. The shower had rotted wood on the base board. I had booked a double room which had a king size bed I asked for a twin bedded room and was told...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your input. We would like to apologize for the inconveniences. We are not completing our Phase 1 of the renovations. Our Phase 2 will be the room renovation in future date.

This is a very nice and quiet hotel in walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. About a 15-minute ride to the Bayville area. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations in the main/lobby area - away from the rooms . The room was very clean and comfortable. No pool, but they have a small gym and they provide a...

We brought our soccer team to the area and it was conveniently located for us to get to the different places we needed to be. The staff was very helpful in setting aside a block of rooms and giving us a place to have team mtgs. The renovations that are under way will bring a much needed updated look. Should...

Stayed here for 2 nights for a lacrosse tournament. Front office stay was very nice and friendly. Breakfast doesn't open until 7 AM. Wish it would have been 6 AM. Room was newly renovated, clean and quiet. Worth the price and would definitely stay here again.
