My partner and I had a great stay at the Maidstone Hotel. The Hotel itself is located in a perfect part of town, close to vineyards, restaurants, and the beach. The decor is gorgeous and we were greeted so kindly upon arrival. Our room was perfect for what it was, a one night getaway for two people. We are already planning another trip out East to stay at this great inn.

I’m in shock. The man preparing the breakfast buffet wasn’t wearing a mask and when I asked him about it he scowled at me still never putting one on. Why are people with that attitude even in the hospitality business!! Other than that this place is cute. Charming public areas. On a busy road so some rooms are loud. They accommodated a move to another room for us. The evening front desk ladies are incredibly nice and helpful.

Great ambiance, EXTREMELY clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff and a captivating Scandinavian-inspired hotel. Located only 10 minutes away from historical Hampton Village (wow, a cool and quiet walk I recommend). They also provide fur chair throw if you want to sit outside. I wish I could give 5 stars but there was a disappointing continental breakfast (and was only served after 8:00 am). There was no coffee or tea in the room itself either :( Wine list is way overpriced (Copain Les Voisins California at $125... no kidding) and no Scandinavian drink or spirit at all to be found on site. Drinking a margarita, a mojito or an American whiskey in such a decor just felt odd. They should rethink it. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Maidstone. 4.5/5

Hi Simon! Thank you for all the wonderful compliments. We are sorry about not having coffee service in your room. We only have 2 Cozy rooms without the space for a tray, so that will be on the list of things to reconsider. Thank you for the very constructive review.

We went for a festive NYE prix fixe dinner at this charming place. There were several rooms for dining, one of which had a cozy fireplace blazing where you could sit by the fire. Because we went on NYE, there was a small combo playing music in the main room. The menu offered good choices (2 lb, lobster, halibut, rack of lamb) for main courses, along with an amuse-bouche, appetizer, and dessert included. All of our dishes were delicious. Our server was terrific and responded quickly to requests. It's not always easy to find a good place for a NYE dinner, but this was a wonderful choice in the Hamptons

Stopped in for a quick weekend getaway between the holidays. The Maidstone was a perfect choice. Charming little inn. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. Uniquely decorated. Very relaxing stay. Nice continental breakfast included. The bar area Saturday night was cozy and relaxing. Electronic violin player was interesting, as were the folks at the bar. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thanks for the hospitality.
