WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. No hot water for at least 4 minutes. Broken/dirty caulking around the tub. Bathroom door wouldn't shut tight. Went and bought cleaning supplies before we would use the shower. Bought fabreeze to spray and air fresheners too. We pulled in from going to...

I'm usually a review reader...but it was 1am, we had been driving for about 16 hours and I was too exhausted to care!! Or so I thought. The room smelled stuffy and looked as if it had been quite a while since it had been used. The tub had cobwebs and I was ok with them because it gave me...

Dirty towels were left in the bathroom. New towels that were brought were stained. No hot water. No water pressure. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Better off sleeping in the street!!! Management's only answer to everything was "your getting what you pay for". $65 for a moldy, dirty room that you can't trust that they even cleaned the bed!!

Booked the room online after trying unsuccesfully to find other properties. Didn't realize it was Frosh week for SUNY-Fredonia. Everything else booked. Upon entering, room smelled like raw sewage that somebody tried to cover up with deodorizer. Our clothing still smelled two days later. Unidentifiable stains on the walls, carpet and bedding. Bathroom was the worst (see pictures). Vanity was...

stayed here a week working in the area the room smelled, the tub never went down for at least an hr, if you are a recovering crack head this place is heaven, the city and local inspectors should inspect places like this so people dont get ripped off or catch some unknown sickness,
