Dinner was booked for myself and three friends for a Friday evening. A good selection of well kept beers. We tried the Dark Star Hophead; Surrey Hills Shere Drop and Long Man Old Man. All three were excellent. Dinner was far above our expectations. For starters we had a meat platter to share and Harriers rarebit. Both were lovely. The...

I live in the next village and thought it would be a good idea to have a drink at the Merry Harriers. As soon as you walk in quickly you realise that you are about to sit down in your grandad' lounge. The service is grumpy at best and 2 G&T will cost you £13.00. No need to visit again...dreadful...

I did a race day at Dunsfold and decided to stay somewhere close at the last minute. Found this lovely little place on line. Was a bit dubious after reading some of the readers reviews but could not have been more pleased. We were greeted by the landlady and shown to our room, which was one in a block of...

Recently we visited this pub on a Friday evening. We should have known something was not right as we were the only people eating apart from another couple who were eating their burgers. The menu arrived which was very basic fish and chips burgers ec even a ploughmans which was offered as a dinner. My husband ordered the daily special...

All in all the stay was lovely. The bed and pillows comfortable, the bathroom clean and together, lovely hand made cookies, fresh milk and chilled water in the room. Beautifully peaceful and a fantastic night stay. There was no sweetner or normal coffee on the tea tray but that's not the end of the world. The toiletries are organic and...

Popped in the other day and met the landlord who was very friendly. The bar was clean and the pub looked nice but the prices were shocking £8 for a Bloody Mary! for what is a small nothing special pub. Re-Evaluate your pricing and I will happily return. It is in a lovely spot with a good fun decoration with...

We stayed here as my boyfriend had a track experience booked at Dunsfold. It was a really pleasant stay, the room is small, but still lovely. The bed and duvet were really comfortable! Shower room was good, and the shower was nice and powerful. the pub garden is lovely and the llamas were awesome! We went to Tapas night in...
