We stayed here for a wedding weekend and were so delighted by the hospitality. The couple who runs it are extremely friendly, relaxed and welcoming, while giving you personal space. They made an amazing breakfast for us every morning, which really comes in handy after all the wine tasting you can experience in this area! 10 out of 10, great place to stay.
I cannot get over how great our stay was at the Sunny Side up. The young couple that runs the b&b was beyond hospitable, funny, and friendly. The house and the rooms were adorable, and also super modern, comfortable, and clean. I had one of the best night of sleeps in my life on a really comfy king size bed, and the private shower/ bathroom was perfect. I also never ate such a good breakfast— they really go above and beyond. (That food was unreal.) The location was also great. We didn’t have a car, but it’s walking distance to a few great wineries and restaurants. For everything else, we took short Uber drives. I would come back here in a heartbeat and give it the highest recommendation. Bonus: They have a hyperallergenic small dog who is a joy.
Right on Main Road, Sunny Side Up B&B is a delightful place to spend your time on the east end. Cheryl and Adam are great hosts, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished and the breakfast featuring eggs from the chickens out back was delicious! Cheryl gave us great recommendations for our stay and steered us to the right winery's the right beach and the right restaurants. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with hosts who are easy to talk to the Sunny Side Up B&B is the place for you.
This was our first visit to a B&B on the North Fork and a very pleasant experience. Cheryl and Luis could not be nicer or friendlier people, we felt very much at home and well taken care of. Cheryl is a great cook and we had a wonderful breakfast, the foods have been described in earlier reviews and we can attest all was very nicely prepared and presented. Thank you Cheryl and Luis!
This B&B offers a very unique breakfast experience. Knowing the difference between many of the b&b's Cheryl definitely knows how to cook. Today she made a pancake with a a savory Carmel and cream. It was absolutely amazing. Also a breakfast pizza with arugula and fried egg over. As a culinary graduate this was an amazing experience. The owner Cheryl is upbeat and knows the vineyards. She gave us so much information about what activities to do on the east end. This is the least expensive place to stay at on the North Fork. The places out here are so expensive. So one can not compare the prices here to other places worldwide. There is nothing stuffy about this place. You are welcome in a home away from home. 💐
