We can only echo all the previous glowing reviews for the Inn and our host, Suzanne! Add to that, Suzanne’s ‘above and beyond’ attention to sanitation, safety and cleanliness, which is exactly what we were seeking during these strange times. Thank you so much!
At the last minute we found this B and B prior to our planned arrival and what a fortunate break it was! It was a great location, virtually everything was within walking distance. The owner’s knowledge of the local community was extensive and she was always ready to assist. The breakfasts were terrific and generous. We had a choice of one of four rooms and anyone would have been more than adequate.
Fantastic location, easily walkable to the Gaffer District and the museums. The house was built in 1855, has all the delightful creaks and quirks of an old building, and a nice side porch that is good for reading or sitting. My room was very comfortable. The proprietress, Suzanne, was immediately warm and welcoming, and made me feel at home right away. Breakfasts were elegant with a wide variety of things to eat (see uploaded photo). I would invent a reason to visit Corning again, just to say here.
Great location . Close to both the Corning Glass Museum and The Rockwell Museum (Not Norman). The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. The owner Suzanne presides over a wonderful, generous breakfast. Suzanne treats everyone as part of the family.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Rosewood Inn while visiting Corning, NY. The proprietor Suzanne is a delight--we so enjoyed talking to her along with her incredible knowledge of the area and enjoying her delicious breakfast spread. The location of the Rosewood Inn cannot be beat--literally down the street from the charming Corning shopping/restaurant area.
