Very conveniently located and within easy walking distance of everything you will want to do. The people here are very helpful and friendly and accomodating. Very eager to make your stay in Cooperstown a memorable one. Accomodations are roomy and comfortable. Don't bring large or heavy luggage because the stairs leading to the suite are very steep and narrow. On site parking is a nice ammenity.

Jean and Tom were wonderful hosts (sorry if we were a little loud and up late) and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Lyoncher B&B! Weather was an added plus and Cooperstown was beautiful. Perfect breakfast started the day and we learned all about progressive elementary schools from our breakfast tablemate Morty! Wonderful place to stay, sorry we couldn't stay longer. Jean, thanks for the knee replacement feedback :):) Jim and Erin

Four block from "down-town", lovely quiet street; beautiful garden and sun room. Friendly hosts, fine breakfasts, all in a beautiful small town with its lovely lake, great art museum and easy access to the Glimmerglass Festival.

We were in Cooperstown for induction weekend and our usual B&B was booked so we were able to book the family space in the Lyoncher. The host Tom could not have been nicer and given that we were there Induction weekend we felt the price to be reasonable. We were offered the family space which is the second floor of the main space and we were very pleased with it. My wife took one look and as said "how cute". The space is very large with a bedroom with one queen and 2 single beds, a living large living room with a hide-a-bed and a love seat, a small reading room, a full kitchen and bath. The space has a separate entrance which made coming and going very easy. This unit does not include breakfast since it has a full kitchen but it wasn't a problem for us. We found the Lyoncher to

This is a gem of a b&b. Quiet, yet only minutes by foot to Main St. and the Hall of Fame. Tom and Jean are exceptionally hospitable and make your breakfast to order. Quiet and homey room. We couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed here one night in June 2012. The Inn is located in a residential neighborhood just a short and pleasant walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Tom and Jean were very friendly and we enjoyed our talk with them over a very good and filling breakfast. The Inn was comfortable and a great place to stay.

Stayed here in August 2010 for one night, felt like we were staying with family or friends. Owners were welcoming, kind and informative but also allowed us "our space" which isn't always the case when staying in a B&B. Clean room & bathroom, cozy & eclectically decorated. Walking distance to Main St. Was my fiance & son's first stay in a B&B and I'm happy to report they both enjoyed it. Thank you Jean & Tom!

We stayed here last summer for the weekend for a good friend's wedding. We arrived very late and were rushing to get ready and ended up missing our trolleynto the wedding. One of the owners actually drove us to the wedding in his own car so that we wouldn't be late, he also said he wanted us to be able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about driving home. They were so nice the entire stay and did everything possible to make sure we had a great and comfortable stay. Also, the grounds were beautiful! The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space. Jean's quilts were also hanging everywhere and were beautiful! Overall a wonderful weekend!

I was referred to the Lyoncher B &B by another B &B that did not have vacancy. I am so glad I did. Tom was helpful from the first moment. He gave me great directions to the B & B and I did not get lost. Once we were there, Jean greeted us warmly. It really felt like we were staying with friends. The B &B is quite quaint and feels very homey. Its very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the suite and had so much room for both my son and myself. It was nice to have the room off to the side so he could see me, but I didn't have to share. I wish I had another reason to stay another night. The Lyon's are a wealth of information about the town, places to go, activities, etc. They are a short, lovely walk from the main street where the Hall of Fame is located. Even the breakfast was
