We have stayed at this hotel previously with no issues. Rooms have been tastefully remodeled. Kind of odd that there is no dedicated closet though. There is a space on the same wall as the window with pegs and hangers. That’s the closet. The a/c unit in our room had an annoying rattle. There was a dirty washcloth under the bathroom vanity from a previous guest. Breakfast was less than great. We were down at 9:15 (breakfast was available until 10:00) and there were no pastries or fruit. Neither of which was replenished. The water pitcher next to the juice dispenser was empty and also was not replenished. When I asked the attendant whether more pastries would be served, she told me no, in a pretty snotty tone. In her defense, as we were leaving the seating area I did see her bring three muffins to the pastry dispenser. Other issue was that we were away from our room between 10:00 and 3:00 and our room was not made up while we were gone. We mentioned it to the front desk who said since housekeeping was probably gone (they apparently leave at 3:00), our room would not be made up but they would bring new towels. My husband made it pretty clear that we expected the room to be serviced and thankfully by the time we returned at 10:00 that night, the room had been serviced. All in all, just not a positive experience. We will try another hotel on our next visit.

We came for short visit to attend a party. We were politely and sincerely greeted at check in. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is undergoing renovations as there is some noise but not nearly as much as one would expect; I was in room 112 right next to the construction area and wasn’t bothered at all. Breakfast is complimentary. I only had the waffles, which was divine, and the bagels are fresh. There’s complimentary Starbuck’s coffee, tea and hot cocoa 24 hours daily and it is delicious! The wifi didn’t work well for me, but I didn’t have much need for it anyway and is really my only complaint. The courteous and attentive staff and immaculate housekeeping more than make up for any shortcomings. You will have a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Comfortable, clean, quiet, relaxing experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The only giveaway that this is happening is that the interior walls of the elevator are protected by cladding. I did not see nor hear any noise, Coffee being "on tap" 24 hours was welcome. While I did not use the pool, it was an indoor pool and looked clean and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A real home away from home.

Hampton inn has excellent service and a superior breakfast. This was my 4th stay at this particular hotel. My son and his grown children live in the area and I visit from time to time especially when there is a special event.

There is a much-needed renovation/construction project underway, with many bedrooms out of use for refurbishment. There is noise during the day if you check in before 7 pm, so no afternoon naps! The reception staff are super friendly, there is a Greek Diner in front, with Starbucks, Chipotle and Chic-fil-A right next door. The room decor is tired and in need of an uplift - perhaps wait until all renovations are complete?
