What I like best with Holiday Inn hotels are their very comfortable bed and pillows. That's consistent. With regards to the space of room,it's also just right. There are just some parts of the hotel (some hallways) looks old and musty. And also accessible to Malls and restaurants along the area.

We stayed for one night . We got the 2 bedroom suite. The curtains need repair. The TV was okay but not LCD. Rooms were clean with good functioning air cons. They have a big swimming pool but not that clean. Our room included 4 free breakfast (a la carte) a choice of corned beef, maling and tinapa. Staff were...

We travelled from Fontana and decided to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the next day we found out that four of our tires were flat. As in all FOUR of them. The car was parked at the hotel parking lot. When we told them what happened, they said that we already parked with four flat tires. WHAT?!! Management did nothing...

Secluded and far from anything it might matter in Subic CIty. The hotel itself is not even that bad. It is a compound made by two main blocks of rooms, the first one host even the reception at the main entrance. It's true what many other reviewers wrote about the cleanliness problems and the ''vintage'' aspect of the bathroom components...

I organized a three day post-graduate course + R&R for our Department Staff and the local medical society. I got 8 2-bedroom suites and several studio type rooms. The toilet seat looked grimmy, cracked with mold and old with age and overuse during my ocular overnight stay. During the event itself, my staff noticed that linen used in the function...

How would you feel if after a long and tiring day of activities in Subic you come home to a place where your beds are not made up, all used towels haven’t been replaced, and the floor haven’t been swept nor mopped? Well, it would be okay if it’s your own room at home. But it would be a disappointing...

The seemingly "wrong turn" in going to the venue was all worth it.. We had no idea what the place looked like, that when we followed a road sign leading to it, we thought the place was going to disappoint us.. there was only one commercial building to the left of the road; to the right was a bare land.....

The place remains the same. Solid building, swimming pool remains the main attraction. more than enough parking. Service has improved a bit, thanks to 2 waiters who have significantly rendered more than what is expected. The rooms have deteriorated a bit, maybe due to use. Management still remains ho-hum to comments and complaints. The Sames executive was there during our...

We stayed here after a tiring day at the zoo and tiger safari. It was very clean and the location of the hotel was good because it was a bit isolated from the commercial district. The pool was big and the kids enjoyed the warm and inviting water. You can also commune with nature. The staff were friendly and accommodating....

If you are not familiar with the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, check the map before you try going to this hotel. It is tucked all-alone by itself somewhere near under the highway that leads to the SCTEX. However, once you find the hotel, it's a wonderful sight to behold. Beautiful building, ample parking, very nice pool, smiling staff beginning with...
