Just a one night stay taking a trip out on a visit to New York, which was very nice. Great location on the river front, nice room with a very comfy bed, and the blueberry pancakes for breakfast were excellent - too big if anything. Cold spring a cute little town, and the train trip along the Hudson was worth the... More

My extended family rented 4 rooms for the weekend to celebrate a wedding anniversary. It was a great location with balcony views of the river and hills. Also steps from the metro north train station, and a short walk to the village shops and bars. The breakfast was yummy and filling, and there are cookies and lemon water in the... More

On Saturday my family and I had a lunch at Hudson House Inn to celebrate my sister's graduation. We were a party of seven. The dining room is bright and spacious with lovely views of the Hudson River. Our server was friendly and professional. The food was excellent! Each person loved the dish that they got. They also served popovers... More

I must say Hudson House is great hotel at affordable budget located at vary convenient location. I stayed here with my girlfriend last week. Room was great with balcony. The romantic great view from the balcony was priceless, which my GF liked most. It's restaurant food was also good. We was at weekend and enjoyed staying this hotel very much.

Feel fresh to visit the hotel. We stay there for one week. Their rules and regulation and reception really won our heart. They just behaved friendly with... More

Needed a break from NYC, and it did the job. Quiet (ish) location, nice views and pleasant enough strolls around town. The local 'Antique' shops on main street are just junk depositories and priced to gouge the gullible. Nice enough to potter around in though if your interested in the trail of consumerism through the ages. Bring several books as... More

Features mediocre food in a lovely setting. Staff always unsure of itself, service fair, bar is positioned in a silly place so that you have a view of the street or a wall, totally absurd. I cannot comment on the rooms as I have not been a guest in one (I live 9 miles away). Were I asked to recommend... More

Hudson House Inn is a great place for a nice, quiet weekend away. The Inn itself is very charming and holds its century-and-a-half-old character well. If you're hoping for a luxury hotel experience, this is not the place to stay. Instead, this charming spot offers great food and a great escape from the hustle of the City, at a very... More

This restaurant has great views of the Hudson River, so make sure to ask for a table by a window. When my wife and I arrived for lunch the restaurant was almost empty, so we were disappointed that the service was very, very slow and inattentive. We each had a very generous serving of French onion soup, followed by a... More
