The owners were very friendly and directed us towards an excellent restaurant for dinner. Our room was quaint and nicely furnished. They have a nice outdoor patio. The breakfast was very good and our hosts were cheerful and very pleasant. It is slightly off the beaten path if you are just traveling through the region, but it is worth the...

My husband and I have traveled far and wide, but neither of us can think of a B&B we've enjoyed more. No detail had been overlooked, the breakfasts were fresh and creative, and, in the Berkshire Suite where we stayed, the bed was heaven. The hosts are beautiful people, their B&B is infused with their genuine warmth and generosity, and...

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Hamilton College, and Ellen and Dave could not have been better hosts. Fantastic breakfasts, and beautiful grounds. The Chesapeake Room was immaculate and enjoyed a beautiful view of the rolling fields in the back of the property. Highly recommended.

My husband, son and I stayed two nights at the Arbor Inn, one night in the Rockport Suite and one in the Berkshire Suite, while on college visits. We cannot say enough about Ellen and Dave and their hospitality. The Inn is lovely inside and out, with no detail overlooked. Both rooms were spotless and incredibly well appointed, with plush...

We have traveled all over the United State and Europe and without hesitation I consider this location one the finest. The owners welcomed us with enthusiasm. The premises were clean and complete. The location is superb and quiet. And most of all the little things were attended to with care. We are definately looking forward to our next visit.

I cannot say enough about the awesome and beautiful views, but the cleanliness of the room was phenomenal! Like I was home. Comfortable friendly atmosphere. Lots of amenities, more than a hotel. Enjoy, coffee in the morning in the porch in the quietness or the country .

Curled up in front of the fire on my fifth annual visit---Ellen and David really do make it feel like we are coming to visit old friends in a beautiful home and setting. Charming, comfortable and cozy rooms with windows looking out at the snow. Delicious breakfasts including eggs florentine, homemade granola, fresh fruit and baked breads. Lots of interesting...

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Perfect mix of ambience and modern amenities. Ellen makes a great breakfast. The selection is nice. Keurig machines are a nice touch too. Definitely the nicest place in Clinton. Stayed 3 nights in the Chesapeake room and it was lovely. The back yard is beautiful. Very scenic.

We stayed for one night with our two daughters in the Berkshire Suite. The night before, Ellen called to ask us how we wanted the room set up. When we arrived, there were (2) comfy chairs opened as twin beds. There was a separate sitting area (where one of the twins was located) and the suite was perfect for our...
