I stayed at this cozy B&B from 11/2/16 to 11/19/16 as an extended-stay business traveler. My room was on the first floor with a private full bath. My lovely hostess, Teresa McFadden lives on the property but not in the house so my stay was very private. The house was originally built in 1837 and renovated in 2010's so it...

Great B&B. Theresa has an immaculate house with a cozy living room and comfortable bedding for a great stay. She also makes amazing waffles (topped with bananas, pecans, and raspberries) and eggs. A wonderful respite while my son was visiting Hamilton College.

My wife and I stayed here one night while we visited Hamilton College. It really felt like our home away from home. Theresa lives a few houses away and was there to greet us when we arrived. There were fresh baked cookies in the cookie jar and lots of other provisions that she said to help ourselves to in the...

For the price many other places in the area would charge for one room, we got two (one bedroom with a double for us parents, and one with twin beds for our kids), plus a bathroom. Beds were comfy and rooms were air-conditioned. The owner, Theresa, was very welcoming and served delicious waffles with fruit and whipped cream for breakfast,...

The Milkhouse is a charming place, located several miles from Clinton. I spent one night in the cozy downstairs bedroom; the bed was large and comfortable, the private bathroom well appointed, the furnishings nice and homey. It's a home you can settle into; it doesn't feel too precious. The bedroom has its own television set; there is also one in...

My wife and I had some family business to attend to in Clark Mills. We ended up staying at the Milkhouse for three nights. It was perfect! We really felt very much at home. Theresa was the perfect host. We made use of the kitchen one evening to cook a meal. This is an ideal location...quiet village, but you can...

We stayed in this wonderful B&B twice. We liked the host, Theresa, and the house so much that we booked the whole house for our extended family for Hamilton College graduation weekend. We held a family graduation party at the house and it was soooooo much better than going to a restaurant. And is it so close to Hamilton College,...

Theresa our innkeeper was a gracious host, bending over backward to make sure we were all taken care of and comfortable in her restored 1800's Milkhouse B&B. If you are a lover of antiques and even if your not you will find the accommodations more than adequate. In spite of visiting in February with temps in the teens, we were...

This lovely, cozy bed and breakfast is a wonderful getaway near Hamilton College. In addition to the guest rooms, there's a nice lounge to sit and read in. The breakfast was amazing - homemade pancakes with local handpicked raspberries, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit! Coffee is available at anytime in the kitchen, which is great for us early risers. The...

I was In town for an event at Hamilton College.. Theresa (innkeeper) made a great breakfast that was out of this world good and served breakfast in a new renovated room that wasn't completed the last time my wife and I stayed there. Really enjoyed the fireplace... This is my second time staying at the B&B. The first time we...
