The hotel is beautiful. We had a balcony room overlooking the river and it was fabulous. I was surprised to find there was not a coffee maker in the room, but they put out a great selection of coffees and teas on each floor early in the morning. Beds were cozy and the room and bathroom were very clean. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant. One thing to keep in mind....if you book through a 3rd party (ex Hotels.com) it states that no deposit is required. I was surprised to find out that the hotel charged me immediately for the 1st nights stay. When I inquired at the hotel they said that "was their policy." If so, that should be listed with their advertisers/3rd party booking sites. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

This is the second Harbor Hotel we have stayed at and both have been GREAT. Rooms are spotless, nice grounds, indoor pull and hot tub all very clean. Staff very professional and helpful. Love that you can get deals that give vouchers toward breakfast. Really a wonderful time. Looking forward to trying their location in Chautauqua next. First one we stayed at was in Watkins Glen and was just as wonderful. Highly recommend

We were 2 couples attending a concert at the opera house and had 2 rooms here. A beautiful hotel with lovely, big rooms and nice water views. The free Starbucks coffee on each floor was great and we had a wonderful breakfast in the attractive restaurant. Plus, we were walking distance to our restaurant and concert!

Stayed in suite 300 with double balconies, king bed, whirlpool, tile walk in shower with gorgeous views of the immense St. Lawrence River even from the whirlpool. Every aspect of our stay was magnificent: Beautifully appointed reception, great bar/restaurant, professional and courteous staff, room service efficient; food arrived hot and tasty. Beautiful resort, very accommodating hosts.

We always enjoy our stay here. The view is amazing. The fire pit is good for meeting people and enjoying a drink. Bar is warm and cozy. Staff is friendly. We go in the off season so there is not a lot to do but we enjoy relaxing here.

Our room had a balcony with an incredible bay view. The room was spacious and comfortable. There’s a beautiful patio with big firepits to sit at in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved this place!

Best spot on the along the river. Fire pits and great ambiance. Daytime walking shops or expploring. Staff helpful and courtious. GREAT CHEESE store in the area. Great Coffee shops and pastry in the area. Relaxing get away. Fall theme is a joy.

You'll not rergret a stay at this hotel, the amenities are great, good bar and food service. Staff are professional and care about their guest. The Fire Pits on the patio are a nice spot to meet new friends in the evening. This hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable and the coffee service each morning is great.

This hotel is amazing! The staff are all friendly and caring. At the edge of the city it was easy to visit all of the shops! The view of the river and the river walk breathtaking. We can't wait to return in warmer weather
