What a great find! We were looking for a place last minute to get away with friends and family and we were so lucky to find Twin Pines. Irene, the owner is super nice and very accommodating. Last year we took a chance on a new camping site and Twin Pine Lodge in Chestertown turned out to be a perfect fit. The cabins were well appointed with clean spacious sleeping rooms, full service kitchen, bathroom with shower and patio area. Love this place, went with friends and family,we're gonna be booking once a year, till we get bored with it.new to Lake Georde area,so much to do here,love the pool on the day after a good night, hate to sit around with so much to do, Irene is really helpful might try to do a winter trip this year too.

Stayed with a large group of family and friends. Had a great time...pool, campfire, hiking, boating, basketball...we did it all. Irene and Walter we very accomodating and helpful. Just booked again for this summer. Can't wait.

A great place to getaway. Stayed in the Deer Run cabin, which was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of home, in an outdoors setting. Twin Pine lodge was perfect it accommodated all my friends and family.There was a great little lake across the street .All the cabins were clean and stocked with all your needs .My whole group is going back in 2016 it was that good .Beatiful grounds and has a awesome pool to cool off in on a hot summer day .Irene... Went back to Twin pine lodge with family and friends the 1st wek of August. As usual it was the best time ever and the accomidations were as always terrific. My daughter brought her dog who loved it up there. There is a big grassy lawn where my son in law would let him run in the morning.I started coming... More

Irene and Walter made us feel right at home....in there extremely homey Deer run cottage . I must also say that they are above and beyond child friendly...During our stay there must have been a half dozen children running around and playing with the many bikes, scooters and wagons supplied by them. Cant wait to go back with my children... More
