We arrived late and had to leave early, but the room was great and the service terrific. There were even some breakfast items available when we left (around 4am) to catch our very early flight. The combination of parking and hotel was very reasonably priced, and the shuttles to the airport and to the long-term parking lot were efficient with very little waiting.

Great location, about as close to the BUF airport as you can get. Hotel is pretty dated. It's pretty large and oddly laid out, as though two or more buildings were conjoined at different times. Bar & grill was pretty good.

Fantastic staff, fun sports bar, free and quick airport shuttle van. Definitely a good choice! We were stuck there during the December 2022 blizzard. They worked around the clock to keep everyone comfortable and warm. We missed Christmas with our families but were so thankful to be there.

I have stayed a this hotel quarterly for the past 6 years as I travel in to see family . After my experience at Restaurant tonight I will never stay again . Barmaid literally made me feel like I shouldn’t be there and asking for drinks or a menu. Would not make eye contact when glass was empty and when I asked for menu she snapped it would be 20 minutes before I could order food. ? which is fine but a hour later still would not ask if I wanted to order . I finally asked to cash out and order out and eat in room. The other barmaid asked “Don’t you want to order food ?” I told her I was told I needed to wait and she rolled her eyes and cashed me out . Usually I leave at least 25% tip as servers need the extra but for the first time ever I left nothing . I will be staying at other hotels in the area from now on as I literally was feeling awkward to ask for anything . Never in my life have I seen such a rude nasty server…

Despite being in the worst storm in decades, with snow piled everywhere both Debora the assistant manager and Joe went well above and beyond for us. Even though they had been at the hotel for the past 5 days themselves to provide for their guests, they went above expectations. Humanity needs more kind and caring people like them!

This is a large hotel/motel conveniently located adjacent to the airport in Buffalo, NY. We stayed overnight in order to catch an early morning flight after a trip to Toronto and Niagara falls. Booking was easy and check-in smooth. The hotel is undergoing some renovation and some of the decor is dated. Our King room was clean with a comfy bed, microwave, coffee machine, small fridge and adequate bathroom. There is a Speedway gas station adjacent to the property for rental car refueling and there are a number of eating options along Genessee Street and elsewhere (Dick Road). Very affordable-especially if booked at a third party on-line site.

I am very disappointed in the rooms. we booked several rooms, because it was close to my daughters wedding reception. my room had old food in the fridge and the bathroom was not clean.by the way, I clean houses for a living so i always leave a tip, but i could not because it was that bad. my sisters room had milkshake spilled on her chair as well as something spilled on the carpet. none of the rooms we booked were vaccumed, also her bathroom was not clean. my aunt from out of town had hair on her bed,old food in her fridge as well.i am truly surprised being someone who had cleaned hotel rooms. no one is checking the rooms i am completely embarrassed for my out of town guests who had to experience this. they also could not be moved to a different room because the hotel was booked. the only positive thing i can say is the pizza in bar restaurant was good and the food. hopefully the manager or head person for house keeping will check the rooms from now on…

The Hotel is located right at the Buffalo Airport, the hotel was nice and clean. Did not hear any planes overhead, room was clean, beds were comfortable, easy check-in and check out. The TV in room was small and didn't work, but we were too tired to care. The downfall is there is no nightlife in Buffalo, seems everything closes at 11pm. Hard to find food after 11pm. The sportsbar attached to hotel closes too early. If we would return to hotel if had to again. Rates were cheap compared to others in area.

Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.
