This campground has many activities, a nice pool, and other campers treat you like family. I've been here quite a few times to visit family and friends and also to see a local band. They also have a very large building that they rent out for events such as weddings or get togethers.

We booked this campground as a last minute decision to visit Letchworth State Park. The sites are packed and don't bother paying extra for the cable...there's so many splitters you can't get a clear picture. I'm going to try harder to get back to the state park system.

We stayed for a week in our camping trailer. The staff was very helpful . The camp store had everything you could have needed or forgotten on your camping trip...including fresh veggies from a local farmer. There is a large and well equipped playground..nice pool.. Mini golf course and planned activities on site. Our site...58 was away from the long... More

Hosts Ed and Carmen were most accommodating in arranging side by side (and awning to awning!) campsites for 2 couples travelling from different areas of Ontario Canada! We stayed for 11 nights and used this as our base for touring the area and just relaxing around the campsite. Excellent pool facilities, clean and well kept with lots of activities if... More

Mostly open field, clean, and they have activities such as horseshoes, mini golf, hiking trails, bike rental and a cute camp store. They have a seperate dog park which very few people use. A train does go by but a 9AM so it doesn't interupt your sleep. One negative that bothered me was they allow remodeling of units. The first... More

Stayed for 5 nights as we explored the Finger Lakes. Convenient to I-86, Corning, and Watkins Glen. Few retail services near the campground. Check out the Ice Cream stand a short walk down the road. Homemade hard, or soft serve treats. Respect the full time seasonal folks. One is very protective of her 'lot'. Fun to watch the horse shoe... More

My husband and I stayed two nights with our four children. Some may call the campground crowded but I felt it was reasonable. Everyone was very friendly, the seasonal campers were welcoming and the owners were phenominal. They were very nice and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. We went to walk the gorge in Watkins... More

This was our first experience renting a trailer and campsite. They upgraded us to a larger than we had ordered but only charged us for the medium sized. The trailer was comfortable and well equipped, more like being in a hotel. The owners, Ed and Carmen, were always available for questions or problems. Ed came by the first evening to explain... More

My kids enjoyed the pool and the kids activities. We were fortunate to have a spot that was on the end lane and we had no one next to us. Very spacious! Bathrooms were OK. Seems that there are a lot of seasonal folks - noisy at night but we weren't affected since we were in a not-so-crowded section. Not... More

For the price of a hotel room with tv, free unlimited wifi, and continental breakfast we got a cramped, rickety camper which shook as you walked, had no tv, only a cassette player radio, which smelled fully, had questionable stains, and no grate to cook over the fire. They advertize free wifi but you get very little time for free... More
