We are time share customers. We didn't stay at the beautiful, new hotel. We were given a room in a building that had a big stain on the rug in the lobby and run down faded lobby furniture. The room was listed as having a pull out couch. No pull out couch or anywhere to sit. Just two queen sized beds without bedspreads or bed skirts...just sheets and blankets. There was a blouse from the last guest hanging in the closet when we got there. We checked out 10 minutes after arriving, even though we were booked for a week. Very disappointing.

Sorry you were not pleased with your accommodations. You traded into Villa Roma through Interval International and requested a lock out bedroom. That is the accommodation you received. Had you traded for a One Bedroom Suite, you would have received a full living room (with pull out sofa), full kitchen and Dining area as well. Had you inquired we would have been happy to provide an upgrade to you for a very nominal fee for the entire week. Bedspreads were removed from all bedrooms as a best practice recommendation from the CDC during Covid.

Hotel's Favorite
I stayed at the Villa Roma this past weekend. It was tons of fun. I played golf and enjoyed many other activities. The property has lots of fun things to do for adults and children. The staff did a great job of making us feel safe while still having fun. I was at the hotel a few years ago for a conference and had a great time even though I was working. I had vowed to come back just to have fun and that's exactly what I did. This trip exceeded my expectations.

My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities were plentiful (outdoor and indoor pools, activity center, outdoor playground, arcade, and restaurants). Kids had tons of fun. We even participated in the scheduled activities (a cornhole tournament). All of the staff were extremely friendly. I wanted to confirm my reservation a few days before and the staff member that returned my call (Heidi) was really nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall my family plans to definitely be back!! Visit here, you won't regret it! A perfect family vacation. :)
