This hotel was a lovely boutique hotel located in Bronx. Although the location might put some people off, we had no issues, although wouldn't suggest being out too late by yourself at night. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was huge and gave all the comfort & amenities we needed. The staff were good, Duke was the best &...

Enjoyed the stay for Thanksgiving week. It was just 1 mile away from our family on 163rd street, so that was a plus. We lucked out and got 1 of the 4 parking spaces in the garage. (Which was another PLUS even though it took me time to park my big suburban lol) Room was clean and bed was comfortable....

The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to the subway. You can be in Times Square in 20 minutes on the 2 headed towards Manhattan. Although the neighborhood wasn't "touristy", it was fine and we were never concerned for our safety. The hotel itself was spacious and roomy especially for NYC. The front desk staff were always extremely...

Once you walk through the hotels doors you forget where you are, in the South Bronx. The staff was welcoming, cordial and helpful. The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. my only complaint is that they operate more like a motel, you come, you stay and you leave. There should be more...

I must admit I was extremely impressed with this quaint hotel. The history behind it is fascinating and well incorporated throughout the hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was wonderful...if I was to go back, I would stay here without hesitation!!

We (my hubby and I) stayed in this hotel for four nights. Overall I enjoyed our stay very much. The positive points : * The rooms are clean and well appointed. * The staff is friendly and eager to help. * The breakfast is good (choice of bagels, bread, oatmeal, fruit, yoghurt, some danishes, cornflakes,...) The only negative point was...

Reasonably priced -by NY standards- with good and very clean rooms, although the airco is a bit loud. The hotel is located in the lower Bronx, not the best area but at no time did my spouse or I feel unsafe. Be aware that public transport to JFK airport is VERY time consuming and it will take you anywhere between...

Terrific hotel tucked in an iffy area of the Bronx. Service was great as were the amenities. Huge rooms!! The continental breakfast has a nice selection of food and drinks. Parking was first come first served which w as a bummer but we ended up leaving our car at the Fordham garage for free and using Uber to go back...

The location was a bit scary at first but the Hotel itself was perfect! Had no problems at all. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Easy access to subway. Stores in atea included a grocery store and drug store. Plently of places to eat. Staff was A++++++
