The Dominion House B&B is a wonderful place for a weekend getaway. Kathy welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. The house is lovely and the breakfast each day was fantastic. My husband and I rented the cottage which was warm and cozy. We had our own little kitchen and porch. I would... More

My wife and I were very pleased with the décor, the history and the presentation of the house, the quality of the food and the hospitality of Joe and Kathy. They were responsive and professional while staying personable and warm. They also had good suggestions of what we could see and do in the area. Great Fall getaway, we had... More

lovely hosts - tho they did argue a bit when I arrived - over whether the credit card machine was working or not. Overall, it just wasn't as cozy, old, antiquey, clean, and aesthetically pleasing as other B&Bs I've seen...

We--my son, wife and myself-- have gone there two years in a row, staying 3 nights the first time, four the second. This is one of the best buys for the money...This big and immaculately kept house is wonderful...beautiful rooms, extraordinary breakfast...lots of land to roam on, and a swimming pool and place to eat outside when the weather is... Stayed here for a wedding at the nearby Feast at Round Hill, but the highlight of the trip was undoubtedly Kathy and Joe and their lovely home. The house is a wonder unto itself with a rich history -- which you can read about on their web site. Original blueprints, antique furniture and beautifully maintained plaster moldings will appeal to... More

My girlfriend and I stayed there over Labor Day weekend. From our arrival, Kathy and Joe were very welcoming! We were there for three nights, and the breakfasts were delicious. The weather was beautiful and we had the chance to eat outside for breakfast with a gorgeous view of the large backyard with deer and birds. The bed was comfortable... More

Kathy & Joe are extremely welcoming & accommodating. Beautiful 18th century farm home kept pristine. Fresh baked goods and incredible breakfasts. The grounds are so peaceful and calming. We will be coming back for more very soon.

My fiancee and I recently stayed for 1 night at the guest house enroute from Niagara Falls to JFK airport. The property is an amazing, colonial building with plenty of history and many more stories hidden within the walls. Joe and Kathy are very welcoming hosts and provide a very relaxed, homely atmosphere. We experienced an extremely pleasant albeit, brief... More

Our family took over The Dominion House for 5 days while attending my son's graduation from West Point. It was a crazy week with many 0:Dark:30 wake-ups around which Kathy and Joe graciously scheduled breakfast. We had hoped to take in the lovely backyard swimming pool, but the weather did not cooperate although we were able to enjoy several tasty... More
