The front porch was beautifully lit and welcomed us after a very long drive, late at night. The Inn owners were happy to show us around and share some historical stories about the home, even though it was very late. Her conversation made us feel apart of the family who have owned this gem for decades. Antiques abound in every... More

Kathy and Joe's large, historical home is brimming, antiques, charm and good cheer. We had a such a special weekend out of the city with our toddler daughter and in-laws. It's rare to find a B&B so welcoming of children and that still feels like an indulgence. The breakfasts are a gourmet treat! We will definitely be back.

After a great visit in 2014, we now make an annual trip to The Dominion House to get a nice relaxing weekend of peace and quiet. The hosts are so nice and laid back and just genuinely good people. The property is lovely. We always stay in the Honeymoon Cottage, watch the deer while relaxing on the porch and taking... More

My husband and I stayed in the Primrose room for a weekend anniversary trip and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and Dominion House as a whole is a lovely property, with a charming, antique feel. We particularly enjoyed some late-night games of pool in the game room! Kathy and Joe were tremendously friendly and accommodated... More

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kathy. She gave us a tour of the house and some history. She let us know how welcome we were to use several rooms in the house. We later met Joe who was just as welcoming. They both offered warm conversation. The room was very comfortable. Kathy and Joe offered a time... More

Beautiful surroundings...lovely room...two amazing family style breakfasts...wonderful hosts. You couldn't have asked for more! We were even able to add a little piece to their family history. If you ever want to taste a little piece of heaven then this is the place. This is the place Karen and I will remember as the birthplace of our spiritual union.

We stayed for 2 nights with our two children aged 2 and 6 and we stayed in the Primrose room. If you are looking for a tranquil place with great hosts, look no further. In addition, should you feel an urge to shop, the Woodbury Commons is only 20 minutes away. The pool is a big plus in our view,... More

I feel so lucky to have stayed at the Dominion House! Originally was going to stay at Storm King Lodge but because the owner had a medical emergency, was placed last minute in the gracious care of Kathy and Joe at Dominion House. And they care very much about everything they do - the landscaping, maintaining the integrity of the... More
