My son and I were traveling to Baldwinsville and I booked a room at this BB and upon arrival I was informed that I actually booked for the wrong day. Unfortunately, they did not have any rooms for the night I needed but Jim the property manager was very helpful. He actually called another BB in town and helped me book a room that night to accommodate the two of us. I had to cancel the day I incorrectly booked and Jim took care of that without an issue. Great customer care, and I was not even a paying patron! Just the few minutes I was inside the BB felt warm, inviting and very clean. It was right in town and within walking distance to the restaurant scene near the canal. Thank you Jim, we will be back next year, next time I will book the right date! Thanks again.

This bed and breakfast is an excellent place to stay. The owners give personal service, unlike an anonymous motel. Price in the off season (winter) is the same as a motel, so you may as well enjoy a quiet, private stay.

Beautiful setting. Check in was easy. Our room was so charming, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very hospitable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Parking was a little tricky, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay there again!

We booked a stay through Expedia in the Autumn of 2023. On check out we were encourage to rebook a stay for graduation weekend in 2025. We weren't sure about dates or rooms. Jim, the owners husband encouraged us to book with him then and stated you can always get your money back if you cancel or change. He did not disclose verbally or in writing that there would be a 25% non refundable fee if we cancelled. We had not reviewed his website as we booked our first stay through Expedia. He pressured us to book directly through him than a third party. I get it, so he could save fees, which is fare enough. Although unsure of dates and wanting to help a small business save third party fees and confident by him saying it was all refundable, we booked in person.
About 4-5 weeks later we had to cancel. It took him over a month to refund our booking and he kept 25% of it. He says his evidence of disclosure is his website which he never showed us at the time of booking in person. When we booked it in the morning he did not provide a receipt in writing stating this non refundable deposit as he said he had printer and internet issues. If we had we certainly would have cancelled it immediately. And again he never verbally told us either. He emailed the receipt later in the afternoon. His lack of transparency shows an untrustworthy character. I would not recommend this establishment.

We recently stayed at this B&B while visiting family. Our room was lovely and like a private apartment. The entire B&B was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It is located in the historic section of Baldwinsville and is within easy walking distance of the town center, restaurants and shops. The owners, Phyllis and Jim, were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts prepared by Phyllis, were incredible. Not only were they delicious, but the presentation was magazine worthy. My husband and I loved this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: The room with a separate private entry was much like a small apartment. It also had a private porch.

This B&B is in a historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. It is located on a quiet street among other historic homes. My room had it's own private exterior entrance, as well as a private porch with two chairs for relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and offered a large shower. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and I got a great night's sleep. The home is beautiful and there was a nice sitting and dining area right outside my room. Breakfast was amazing. I had banana bread French toast that was delicious. The owner and his wife are very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely consider staying again when passing through NY.

Apologies for my late review, but wanted to be sure to do so because we so enjoyed our stay here! The B&B is so warm, well-kept, charming and sparkling clean. The hosts are so welcoming and couldn't have been kinder to us and my mother-in-law. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Walking distance to enjoy the town so perfectly located too. It was February, but the B&B was cozy and warm and we enjoyed the additional living room area. We used to stay in hotels when we came to town but we plan to book a room here from now on!

We absolutely loved staying at the Baldwinsville Bed and Breakfast! In every possible way, our little holiday there was perfect. The welcome was warm, the rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, and we particularly loved the chance to sit by the fire in the living room. Jim was a tremendous host who was kindly and knowledgeable. He was full of suggestions and had a knack for making all of us laugh. Phyllis served wonderful breakfasts, and all in all we could not have asked for more. V&M, Toronto

I can’t say enough about this beautiful house! Friendly hosts, place to park in the back, beautiful room and beautiful space outside for relaxing! The breakfast was just amazing, on different days I tried both the savory and sweet options, just delicious! Restaurants within walking distance, and a beautiful quiet neighborhood! What’s not to love?!

The room was great, The home very nicely lit up for Christmas. The owners very helpful and pleasant. Phyllis makes a killer breakfast.
