Firstly, this hotel was an unexpected booking after a long day in Syracuse. Not coming in with much expectations, I can say that the decor and inviting front desk clerk were pleasing. The bathroom by the lobby on the first floor was clean but my room's bathroom sink was stained and obviously needed sanitizing. The carpet in the room was... More

We wandered in from the Eire Canal after a long day. We received a friendly greeting and headed up to our quant room overlooking the canal. The room was clean and comfortable while keeping its charm. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple but fresh. We would certainly come again.

First, quaint little town with the Red Mill bumped up against the Locke and it is within walking distance to so many things. My husband travels there so frequently and loves this little Inn so he shared it with me earlier in the week. I must say, the town is so cute, peaceful and inviting ... now you can drive... More

The Red Mill Inn is very quaint hotel in Baldwinsville, NY. It's only about 5 minutes off the thruway and is on the outskirts of the town. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and my room was very modern, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again, however will request a room on the top floor, because I could... More

Bathrooms are very spacious and clean . Location is ideal for walking to restaurants with live entertainment. There continental breakfast needs some work . I would like to see more then just one toaster that only fits two pieces of bread . We had eight people standing around waiting for their bagels to get toasted . That is a little... More

A chance stopover, what a good find. Brilliant location, friendly staff, comfy rooms, a place to come back too & spend some time at, while getting to know the rest of the neighbourhood... some good dining & craft beer options about.

we traveled to central new york to visit family. We wanted to be nearby without staying with any relative. This suited us perfectly. Since history is near and dear to our hearts, a historic building is perfect for us. The setting was also perfect as we were nestled between two bodies of water (the Erie Canal and the Seneca river)... More

Staff was pleasant, efficient, and kind. My Room was as advertised and reasonable. It is in a beautiful and historic setting. I enjoyed this much more than a "generic room for the night near the airport." I found it well worth my effort, after a long flight, to drive the 15 or 20 minutes to Baldwinsville and the Red Mill... We stayed 3 nights, The front desk seemed to believe that since we booked thru Expedia that the Inn could ignore any type of request. I actually questioned why I didn't have a chair in my room. Too bad. Expedia had booked a studio & the Expedia booking didn't come with a chair. (My friends in another room, same booking,... More

My fiance and I stayed here while visiting friends in June. The inn has a lot of character and each staff person that we interacted with was very professional and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable... One of the best nights of sleep I've had in a while! The only thing that I wish... More
