Staying at Meno was an amazing experience. The setting, overlooking the river, with hundreds of zebra gathered on the edge, was stunning. When we arrived we were greeted by Hennie as if we were friends and we were looked after very well. Our tent was new, large, tastefully kitted out and had two double beds with lots of bedding to... Go there. Meno a Kwena Camp is ideally sited within close proximity of the Makgadikgadi Pans Nat'l Park which was rich with wildlife (elephant, zebra, ostrich, wildebeest, hippo, kudu, giraffe, jackal) during a recent July stay. An overnight on the pans is a suggested option; truly a fascinating landscape. River view below camp was busy with elephant and zebra every... More

Sipping a Gin and Tonic, looking down across the river to watch Zebra flock in for an evening drink. This place is the ultimate blend of camping in the great outdoors, while being pampered by all of the things you love. Private outdoor rain showers, four post beds, a spa pool overlooking the wildlife : this is how safari was... More

LOVED this camp. We spent only 2 nights here, on our first safari, if we did it again we'd do 3 nights. It was our last camp and it would have been so nice to spend a whole day just staying in the camp relaxing. Next time! A simple camp with great staff and management. The tents have been upgraded... Located on the cliffs above the Boteti River you have a panoramic view of animal and bird life from your luxury tents, newly re-built and refurbished and very comfortable. I spent three nights in this fantastic camp. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and warm. The tents are very comfortable and the communal areas are nicely designed and laid out. I had a great time and saw many animals during the game drives and at the camp itself. Spent hours at the camp fire with the talking with the staff... More

We stayed two nights at Meno A Kwena and had a fantastic time there. The road transfer from Maun to Meno A Kwena takes approx. 1.5 hours. Meno has 8 tents – all renovated. The tents are very comfortable with an inside bathroom with running water. There is also the opportunity to use an outside bucket shower. The view from... More

Arriving at Meno a Kwena was a real surprise. The lodge is beautiful and very convivial with the fire place being the center of the space. As the lodge oversees the river the view is really breathtaking, especially as when we arrived there were probably over 100 zebras drinking in the river. The rooms are brand new and very nicely...
