Thouroughly enjoyable. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Enid and Peet are excellent hosts - very friendly and very helpful. Clanwilliam is a beautiful town and surrounds are spectacular! Highly recommended if you're travelling through Clanwilliam.

A perfect place to stay for touring the many attractions of the Cederburg. We spent 4 nights in the guest house and were made extremely welcome by Enid and her staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay memorable - they succeeded. We had room 1 - which had a lovely table on the front porch.... More

The new owners took over this attractive property earlier this year and are working through some renovations. It has a nice garden with loungers and a great (though small) pool. We found our room rather dingy with a very dark brown ceiling, dark furniture and rather old fashioned linens and accessories. The price compared with several other properties we had... More

Just outside of town this 1880's house makes for a perfect stay. Room 2 off the porch was very comfortable with its King bed and love seat for sitting. The shower was nice and roomy and the bathroom had the old clawed large bathtub to soak in. The owner keeps the pool out back clean so we used it and... More

Skip the lodge and the hotel and head straight for Ndedema (unless of course you can afford Bushmans Kloof). Friendly, no fuss, attentive care in historic Clanwilliam home. All amenities provided including solid travel advice, free Wifi and swimming pool. Might be too traditional for some but Enid and staff ensures it doesn't feel oppressive or worse, 'colonial'.

This is the second time for us at Ndedema. The ownership has changed, but the quality remains the same - very good! Enid is a lovely hostess. We were greeted with a light welcome snack & port in our room upon arrival. The beds were comfy. Restaurants were within walking distance (10 minutes) in this safe, friendly town. Breakfast was... Stayed at this B&B for business. Had room no 2. Enjoyed the stay. Comfortable bed and new bathroom. Lots of the right small details like the electrical blankets and wall heater switched on when one goes to bed. Excellent breakfast - most of the fruit comes from the garden. Definitely a place to recommend

Everything is perfect about this delightful B&B. The cottages are wonderful (we stayed in the private family cottage behind the main house) which was private and wonderfully quiet. Everything was thought of for your comfort: from heaters (we went in the cold season) to fridges, kettles even fresh flowers and a sherry to welcome us! After a lovely breakfast we... More
