A beautifully restored 1930s motor court in the historic downtown bathhouse district of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, Blackstone offers ten luxury lodging units on the main property, each with a custom bath in-room for unlimited private soaking. Tow rooms across the street include access to baths between 9am and 9pm. Four luxury baths - 3 of them outside in the open air — are available to walk in soakers, but may also be booked ahead. Two historic baths are also available.

Great place to stay. Contactless check in, spotless rooms, relaxing and very quiet. Stayed in the Jetson’s room. The in room mineral bath was wonderful and the outdoor patio was great place to relax. It was our anniversary and received free soak in The Turquoise bath, which was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely go back.

We were traveling a loop through southern NM, we spent one night in Las Cruces and the accommodations were okay. We were fortunate that the Blackstone had vacancy for the next night of our trip. The cost of the accommodations were the same but the quality was vastly different. The cleanliness, the quality of the sheets, towels and just the design of each room was stellar! I stayed in the Superman room and I will definitely stay in it again! I’ve stayed at the Blackstone a handful of times over the past 10 years and they never disappoint. I highly recommend the property. Rob and Ralph are great hosts and their staff are always phenomenal too! Do it. Book your stay. You won’t regret it!

Blackstone's atmosphere is peaceful, quiet and just the perfect Oasis to enjoy, unwind, unplug and just be in the moment. The rooms are exceptional, the staff is attentive but allows guests their space. It's the only place I stay when coming to relax and get away. Rob and Ralph have done such a great job with everything.

In stead of a welcome sign you are greeted by a "you must wear masks" beyond this point. Took the warmth out of a nice retro facility. Tiny TV but spacious enough room with a large tub big enough for several people fillable with hot spring water.

We've been to Blackstone about ten times now and it never disappoints. The rooms are impeccable, the soaker tubs are incredible, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet. It's our time to really unplug and enjoy our time together. We wouldn't change a thing about it - except for bigger trashcans in the rooms!

We really enjoyed our trip. Looking forward to another as soon as possible. Blackstone is great. We recommend booking Wednesday through Sunday if you want variety in shopping and dining, as many local shops and restaurants may be closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

We are very impressed with the whole experience. Contactless arrangements. Proof of vaccination status and mask wearing required. We booked into the Roy Rogers room for two nights but found that getting in and out of the tub for soaking was an issue for me due to mobility issues. The next morning I asked at the office if there were another room we could have instead. Chessa, the clerk on duty, was SO GRACIOUS! Showed me another room (As the World Turns) and allowed us to switch. If the room weren't booked for the next night we would have stayed. My only recommendation is that it would be great if there were more handrails for getting in and out of the tubs. This is the only reason I gave the room a 4 rating instead of a 5 It would also be helpful if there were more pictures of the actual tubs on the site so that people can see and judge how well the tub access would work for them. Boris, the cat, is so sweet.

What a delightful surprise! Blackstone offers themed rooms in a range of prices that allow even the traveler on a budget to visit. While it appears modest from the outside, inside the rooms are comfortable - spotless! - and provide all the basics you need. I particularly like the fact that management is really strict about Covid precautions and requested us to provide proof of vaccination status plus photo IDs prior to even confirming the reservation. Staff was also excellent in notifying us when another room became available (since we had booked the most modest - unthemed room). The spring waters are delightfully comfortable and of course being inside the room one can use them as often as one wants. The facility is also very quiet, something not necessarily true at other hot springs I have visited.

I experienced a very wonderful stay here at Blackstone in the Jetson's room. I was greatly impressed with the room(s) and the in-room tub and outdoor patio area. I very much wanted to stay longer. It was like having my own luxury room or apartment for the days that I stayed there with its own hot-spring fed tub that was a combination shower. The apartment was very spacious and impressive. The outdoor hot-spring baths were very nice and you can easily schedule sessions with management team.
