From greeting to goodbye, staff was gracious and friendly. The mineral springs hot tub soak, in a beautiful stone tub with peacefully dim lighting in a private room was exquisite. With a pitcher of ice water at hand, there was nothing to do but relax. Then I got an excellent massage but Liz, who kindly and skillfully took care of any remaining stress. I loved my room, decorated delightfully, reminding this northeast person that I was in the southwest. The surrounding gardens with comfortable places to sit (spaced for virus safety) were so beautiful I didn’t want to leave. I hope I can return.

Sierra Grande Lodge was a wonderful respite from the road. Room was comfortable and quiet. The two soaks included with the room were relaxing and spotless. The staff was friendly and efficient. Beautiful grounds in a small town. Due to Covid the restaurant was not open but breakfast was provided in room and adequate. I would love to sample the restaurant when Covid lifts. My only criticism would be that the fitness center is underequipped and spare.

I splurged and staid in a room with a jacuzzi tub that had a spigot to the spring water. I soaked, took a nap and soaked some more. It was so relaxing and calming from days of travel. The staff was so nice and attentive. I did travel with the Covid restrictions going on so I was not able to partake in the restaurant. Food was an issue. The staff brought me a carafe of coffee in the afternoon. It was definitely worth the splurge and I will stay again when traveling through.

A private and cozy resort/spa experience. Stay overnight. The breakfast is good and filling with fantastic muffins. Coffee and hot tea is available throughout the day- just ask at the front desk. The outdoor soak at night or early morning was our favorite but you can’t go wrong with any soak and anytime. The soaking tubs in the privacy of your own room is a nice feature. We’re excited to return once the restaurant opens again.

Accommodations very nice! Probably the friendliest/most attentive staff (June and all) of anywhere I’ve stayed. Breakfast choices delivered to room were great considering restaurant restrictions. Free soak daily was a great perk, along with the robes in the rooms! Massages/therapists/spa area were VERY nice. Ladder Ranch tour was informative and enjoyable (Heidi was awesome guide!). Highly recommend for relaxing!
