We spent three days at the guesthouse and had a wonderful, relaxing time. 5 beautiful acres with mountain and forest views to stroll around. A clean, quiet room and the two most gracious hosts you’ll ever meet. Bob and Cady and the staff are the best. We were even able to bring our dog who made a new BFF with Scout. What more could you want from a vacation.

We stayed at the Guesthouse several years ago and loved it. This time it was disappointing. While the building and grounds are still quite nice, we felt that the cleanliness left something to be desired, (there was a stain on the rug that looked like a doggie had peed and the curtains were stained also), The included breakfast as also a disappointment and sparse. The white curtains did not stop the outside electric lights from brightening up our room all night... (blackout curtains would really be a nice addition). Bath towels were small and extra ones not provided in the room. First timers to B&Bs would probably still like it. But we won't return.

Wife booked this little gem as part of a two week stay in various towns in NM. Stayed 3 nights. The owners are very gracious and inviting, as is their helper Rochelle. Met a local artist/musician (leatherwork) who lives next to the property, along with his two pups Jed and Iris, as well as the owners pup, Scout. Room (#7) was inviting and comfortable. Bed was nice. Internet was great. Location is close to the plaza. Enjoyed watching the prairie dog colony 100 feet further down the property every morning and evening as the critters chased each other. We will definitely be staying here again. Can’t wait to see our new friends again next year!

Room Tip: No AC, but the rooms cool down nicely in the evenings if you are here in the summer.

Beautiful setting, lovely gardens...uncomfortable, hot foam bed, impossible shower, dusty plastic plants in room, musty smell. Smoke detector not mounted on ceiling placed on to of wardrobe cabinet..it was operable. A mixed bag. A 10 minute easy drive to downtown.

Loved our Little Adobe Suite as it suit 3 adults. Everyone had a bed. There was a comfy living room for us to hang out in. Breakfast was finally being served in the main breakfast room and was good every morning. There is a nice deck out back with other chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset and stars at night.
