We made reservations over 7 months prior to our arrival. When we checked in and got to our site it was not the site we reserved. We were told by an employee that the folks that occupied our site had decided to extend their stay so we would have to stay in the site assigned to us, which did not have the great view. I called the office to let them know my displeasure (not expecting results) they were so kind and understanding. They not only apologized but made arrangements for us to move to the site reserved. The gentleman that checked us in came to our rig and let us know he was sorry for the misunderstanding. This place has the best of the best working here. The view from our site was perfect! I highly recommend Taos Monte Bella RV!
Relatively small RV park close enough to town but far enough away to be country. High desert site with great views of mountains. Very helpful owners. Made sure we had all the tourist info. Sites are graded gravel and level and well maintained. Full hookups. Quiet stay. Only one men's and one women's bathroom / shower. Spacious and clean. Never had to wait for access. Hint --- best place to park an RV in town is free public parking near Taos Middle School. Lots of paved and unpaved parking. Some pull through spots.
great park. some of the nicest people relaxed quiet but close to all attractions. we went to the Kit Carson museum, Millicent Rogers museum, took a downtown walking tour and drove the "loop" tour 64/38/522 hwys, which takes a day. Going back this May to see the rest. Dont miss the bridge over the Rio Grande. There is parking on the west side and some vendors set up there,
From our first communication, thru changing dates, to every minute of our stay, this place rocked it! The sites are close together but there's pretty native flower beds and the surrounding mountain view is what you stare at! The bathrooms are actually like very big home bathrooms. Toilet, sink, big handicap accessible shower, benches, clothes hooks in a single large room. It's all yours! The little store is adequate. The laundry small but clean with a nice sitting area. It is ten minutes from the center of Taos.
I'm not usually one to choose RV parks for camping but there are very limited camping options in the Taos area. After staying at Taos Monte Bello with my little teardrop trailer, I'm recommending you stay here also! It's clean, spacious and has a lovely little trail you can stroll after dinner among the sagebrush and big blue sky. Very nice folks running the park who sincerely thank you for being their guest. I'll be back!
Stayed one night at this RV park. Pretty spot with spectacular sunset. Also has a nice trail back through the Sage bushes. Very clean grounds and super nice owners. A bit out of town so bring your car or food.
We stayed here in May while visiting the Taos area. The RV park is very neat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a dog park, which was a plus. The RTV park is well cared for, clean and well maintained. The rate was fair and facilities were great. We would gladly stay with them again.
Hosts, the Torres are friendly and helpful with information concerning the area. They made us feel quite welcome. The property, restroom and showers were impeccably clean. Laundry available and convenience store with fair prices. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we ever visit that area in future.
Close to our destinations. Easy in and out. Nobody bugs you. Places to walk the dogs. Good hook ups. Wind can be bothersome but that was everywhere in the area. We will be sure to visit in the future.
This is a wonderfully cared for RV park with beautiful views of the mountains . Located on the 64 a few miles before the gorge - they are friendly and very accommodating. We love to hike in the close mountains and go to our favorite restaurants. It's great any time of the year but we especially love the fall in Taos.
