I stayed here for one night. I loved the room. I was in one Taos mountain rooms. It was clean and comfortable. I booked a pedicure at the spa, it was nice and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. However, the cost was higher than what was published on the website. My final bill was around $90. The towels... More

Our group visited in July 2016, 4 rooms booked. Reservations went well, all rooms available and 3 ready for occupancy at 2:30, one in the cleaning process. Our shower was having problems, low water pressure and poor temperature controls. Once Everett arrived all was fixed, he knows what needs to be done. One room was not made up until 5:00pm... More

Summer time visit. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Refrigerator in room. Large separate bathtub that required training for the summer Rio Olympics to get in and out of the tub. Balconies were a delight. Large separate shower. Work area with so-so lighting. Lighting over easy chair was dismal. Staff was uneven. Some were charming, others seemingly needed a day... More

We have visited Taos many times, first time at El Monte Sagrado. Beautiful. We've found our home away from home in Taos. All pros and no cons. Only possible "complaint" is the staff might be too solicitous.

Wonderful resort, beautiful landscaping, not what I was expecting for NM. We were in the Geronimo room, overlooking the pond and waterfall. Spa is very nice, quite and relaxing, wish that it didn't back up to the road, but was really only noticed when my husband and I sat out back. Had my first Reflexology massage with Andra, and a... I cannot say enough great things about this resort. It is absolutely fabulous, in every aspect. I must give a special shout out to the concierge, Dawn, who went out of her way to make arrangements for us to get in a white water rafting trip while here, which was difficult since we didn't have a vehicle. She went above... More

For adults who want to get away and relax, this resort is incredible! Quiet, serene, beautiful grounds, nice amenities and staff who go out of their way to please you. Food is phenomenal at their restaurants and bar. We were tempted to not leave the premises for four days---and that's saying a lot when in Taos!

We reserved this hotel not knowing much about it. To our surprise, it was probably the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed at some very posh resorts. This far exceeded them all. The room was amazing, had the most awesome shower with a bench, and could easily fit 5-6 people in the shower. My husband... More

We were taken to our room which in a dark corner of the property - had two roof leaks, the bathroom was dark and a lightbulb was missing in one of the fixtures so was hard to see clearly in the mirror, the sink stopper was missing and the faucet had been replaced with a kitchen faucet - not in...
