This lodging consists of about 8 casitas (cottages), located about 10 minutes walk from Taos Plaza. Mine had a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (complete with dinnerware, cutleries, etc), bedroom and bathroom - and I believe it's one of the smaller casitas! For such a spacious accommodation, I paid less than the cost of a room at a... More

We first stayed at this property 14 years ago and it continues to be a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect, the grounds are immaculate, the management is excellent, and the Casita's could not be better. Highly recommend !

My husband and I stayed for a week at Taos Lodging in April, what a great find! The property has 8 Casita's and is family owned and operated which is apparent by the love and care that's gone into it. The grounds are just beautiful, well groomed and very inviting. Lovey, the owner was quick to respond to any need... More

I will tell you that I love this place! This is our third time staying and we could not be happier. The service from Lovey is one of a kind. She makes this place!! The casitas are super cute and cozy. All decorated in New Mexico theme. They provide it all... clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels, pots and pans... More

I just returned from a wonderful weekend in Taos. Our group stayed in 5 of the casitas at Taos Lodging. The casitas are not posh but very cool. They have everything we needed. My friend and I stayed in number 7. It has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. It was so great to be able to put some snacks... More

Owner/host Lovey Jo is gracious and a great source for local information. The nine casitas and grounds are well maintained and offer privacy, quiet and comfort just a 10 minute walk from the Taos Plaza. A good value, our casita #5 had a bedroom, living room with TV, bathroom with tub/shower, cozy front porch, dining room, and full kitchen. A... More

My wife and I stayed in, I think #2, right next to Lovey's office/home. It had a Kiva, she supplied the firewood ,not logs, but the paper things, and it had a 1 bedroom, kitchen, electric fireplace in the corner eating spot. Comfy chair by the kiva and a couch, Tv, internet service and peace, quiet, and room to go... More

Charming, quiet, safe and exceptional location! I have been coming here for over 20 years and believe it's the best place to stay in Taos. The Casitas provide us with a little home away from home and Lovey, the owner, is always a delight. The Casitas were recommended to me on my first arrival into Taos and continue to be... More

We are 20 year Taos Locals and as a locals we don't have occasion to stay at the lodging establishments in Taos as a rule, however we needed to move out of our house for 4 days (having some work done) and we were going to stay in a hotel, then I remembered these Casitas in town and thought I'd...
