My husband and I recently celebrated our 32nd anniversary at Taos Country Inn. It was fabulous! We loved the peace and quiet, the lovely grounds, the beautiful rooms, and...Yolanda. Although it is far away from noise and stress, it remains only about 5 minutes or less away from the main plaza in Taos. The rooms are as beautiful as they... More

We have been to a few B&B's before and were always disappointed. We finally found a good one here. It is truly a beautiful home. And as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a smile by Yolanda. I can honestly say that Yolanda is the main reason our stay was so wonderful. She is a kindhearted, motherly... More

Taos Country Inn is run professionally and a great place to stay when in the area. The food was superb and Yolanda who owns and runs the Inn is a delight. Their website is accurate and I highly recommend you check it out.

Our first trip to Taos began the moment we met Yolanda at this beautiful, peaceful, welcoming Inn. The setting is serene with lovely surroundings and very comfortable furnishings. Yolanda made us feel so welcome and cared for. Her breakfasts alone will have us coming back again and again! She has excellent knowledge of Taos having raised her family there and... More

We enjoy using B&B's when traveling in part because of the people we meet. Yolanda was a great host for our 4 night stay at the Taos Country Inn in Taos, New Mexico. We loved getting to know Yolanda and she was very helpful for information on sites and restaurants. This was our first visit to Taos and to New... More

This inn has great country surroundings and the building has historical interest. The dining room and the living room were very nice. I was a bit taken aback when we entered our room which needed some updating. The drapes were old and torn. Bathroom needed some work. The room did not look like its picture. There was a roll away... We very much enjoyed our stay at Taos Country Inn. It is a historic B&B about a mile or so from the Plaza. I loved the location. You travel a short distance on a dirt road and the property is at the end, with a lovely view of the mesa and Blueberry Hill. We stayed in the Alejandra Room. It... More

The location was fabulous, private and quiet! The house is very nice and rooms spacious. Yolanda was so nice and super helpful and it felt like visiting a friend! The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating was the beds....they were too hard - a super thick mattress pad thing would probably do the trick. Service was great... More

When traveling for leisure, we seek B&B's that offer hospitality, comfort and serve as an authentic introduction to an area. After reading Trip Advisor reviews, we selected The Taos Country Inn for our four nights in Taos--and we are so glad that we did! Driving up to the Inn, we congratulated ourselves that we had selected well because the 1850's... More
