We went down for the holidays. It wasn't as clean as one would like but we managed with some lysol wipes. Upon check in I was greeted with a smile and kindness. I was pretty early but Vanessa managed to check me in. After a great debate I asked to be moved but then came to realize I liked the other room. Vanessa was gracious and never made me feel like I was a bother. A bonus that the place was pet friendly! We will be back on our next trip.

My favorite place to have a drink and eat some good food on Sundays. Trish at the restaurant/bar is always super friendly and a great server. My family and I enjoy the atmosphere and I always have a great time with the live music. I always recommend friends and family to stay here. I am local but I have stayed several times and enjoy the rooms too.

My favorite spot to watch Sunday football. Craig is a great bartender and we talk football. Great food and good prices. The live music is always a wonderful time. Grateful they are open and serving again. Friendly and fast services.

If you're going to this hotel for the most up-to-date decor and spotless rooms, this hotel might not be for you. But what it does have is charm, spacious rooms with a wonderful fireplace, a wonderful staff, and great great food. We were there for Thanksgiving, and it was a memorable feast. But then so was breakfast and dinner every night. The place also feels authentic, and the people make it that way. Cristal, at the front desk and in the restaurant was so attentive to us, making sure we had everything we needed. And there was also an elderly man who was a restaurant host who took the time to talk and recount some of the history of the place. There was also a wonderful Native craft fair that took place on the property. The pool? It's okay, but not in the best place. But that's okay. What you get here is a genuine historic spot, large rooms, fireplace, and people who care and are authentically real.

The rooms look nothing like the photos. Fridge, microwave, and TV broken. The front desk didn’t know if they had extra pillows or where to find them. They couldn’t tell me how to get extra linens. It seemed that the two maintenance guys there were the only ones working. IG photo from October shows a beautiful indoor hot tub. It’s been closed for over a year and we didn’t find that out until arriving. Went to the restaurant on night 1 and waited over an hour to finally be sat at a dirty table and not waited on. We left. Their IG advertised NYE in the bar and we talked to a server the night before that said they would have a band and be open until 1. We arrived at 7:30 NYE and were told no band and they were closing at 9 (so much for the social media post 2 days earlier). We received our drinks and then the other 3 to our party showed up. We sat there for 20 minutes with no service. A different table opened up by the fireplace so we got up to move. The waitress slammed down our tab on the new table before we could all sit down (still hadn’t gotten the rest of the tables drink orders) and then she ran off. We then had to flag a new server down and ended up ordering at the bar because she wasn’t able to handle 3 tables at once. When we wanted to order again the server was gone so I found the original server. She said “you moved tables and I can no longer help you because I’m busy”. I told her she was quick to bill us yet refuses to actually serve us. She ran off to get her manager who then proceeded to kick us out of the bar because we were being hateful to the staff (so she says). Bottom line, they falsely advertise on social media. It is nothing like it looks on IG. The restaurant/bar is awful and they have zero customer service. The staff does not care about this place at all. I am not even sure how they are open. Do not waste your money in such an awful establishment.
