Stayed her overnight, and was fine. Bed was very comfortable, and very quiet. There was a nice lawn, kind of a courtyard just outside the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was an older motel, but kept up well. Plenty of rustic to go around. Bathroom was worn, but acceptable for the night.

Location of hotel is great. It is on the main highway with easy access (less than 5 minutes) to downtown Taos. Staff was super nice and helpful. They were happy to accommodate and made a late check in very easy. Condition of property is that rooms and buildings in general seemed a little run down. Our room did not live up to the professional photos posted by hotel. Plumbing and plumbing fixtures seemed beyond their useful life and ready for some remodeling. Balcony patio was pretty dirty as well. Seems as if it had not been cleaned or swept in a while. I cannot comment on the rest of hotel amenities as the indoor bar lounge, as well as pool and hot tub were shut down due to COVID.

Location was fine, we were just here for one night. Close drive to Market, galleries, etc. Hotel itself was kind of struggling...in need of repairs and refurbishing. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was good. TV was complicated to work, outlets were loose so my phone charger plug hung out of the outlet and didn't charge my phone overnight. Carpets shabby. Bathroom in need of update. Wouldn't recommend for more than a day or so.

Jr Suite has two rooms and normal queen bed in one and murphy bed in the other which is sitting on the ground when opened. The murphy bed is fine for kids but it is RIGHT NEXT to the front door and the other room is pretty far away. I can't imagine kids sleeping there. Also, the room has nowhere to sit. Overall very disappointing for the money. Staff was super unhelpful when we tried to change to a different room.
